Holly Willoughby has reunited with her celebrity girl gang as they celebrated Emma Bunton’s 48th birthday.
The Dancing On Ice host, 42, has been best pals with Emma, Nicole Appleton and Christine Lampard for many years, along with PR guru Niki de Metz and music talent manager Shiarra Bell.
And Holly took to Instagram on Wednesday to give an insight into the girl gang’s latest get together as they celebrated Baby Spice’s 48th birthday early.
Holly – who recently returned to screens on Dancing On Ice after a two-month hiatus – shared a smiling selfie of the group as they enjoyed a catch-up.
Emma is set to mark her 48th birthday on Sunday and the close friends made sure to get their celebrations in early ahead of the big day.

Alongside the sweet snap, Holly gushed: ”Happiest of birthdays Baby! Wishing a very happy (early) birthday… love ya!’
The group share occasional insights into their meet-ups, and posted a group snap last January as they reunited for Emma’s birthday in what has become an annual tradition.
Their latest meet-up comes after Holly returned to Dancing On Ice on Sunday after taking a break from TV in October in the wake of an alleged kidnap and murder plot.
She quit her This Morning role after the alleged plot emerged, which followed Phillip Schofield leaving as her co-host after his affair with a younger show runner came to light.
As she returned to TV last week, an expert told The Sun that she appeared ‘more grown up’ and could ‘relaunch her career’ with a move to her own solo show in the future.
Expert Nick Ede told the publication: ‘Having her back on our screens establishes her as a leading broadcaster in the UK. It felt like it was her show – she owned the rink.
‘She’s not Queen of daytime TV anymore – it looks like she’s Queen of primetime. It felt like Holly had somehow matured and I can see her branching into more serious stuff now.
‘She’s always been able to do light entertainment with serious topics on This Morning and I can now see her doing documentaries or big sit-down interviews with stars, which would be really compelling viewing.’

Before her Dancing On Ice return, Holly had been absent from screens since she left This Morning in October after 14 years on the sofa.
The programme also reunited the TV star with Stephen Mulhern, who has replaced Phillip as her co-host on the skating show.
She previously worked with Stephen on Saturday morning children’s show Ministry Of Mayhem 20 years ago. The show was later titled Holly & Stephen’s Saturday Showdown.
Stephen, 46, then hosted the skating competition briefly in 2022 when former host Phillip had tested positive for Covid-19.
