The couple are currently in Edinburgh for Adam's 100m and 50m swimming race before he heads to Paris for the Giant Open.
Indulging on some feel good food before his big race, Holly shared a glimpse of their order of choice at Gordon's Bread Street Kitchen & Bar.
Holly, 26, took to Instagram and posted snaps of the meatballs and tuna tartare that they started with.
Adam, 31, ordered a burger and chips for his main course, while Holly went for a healthy chicken poke bowl.
It comes after Adam's aunt Louise slammed the swimmer in the wake of news he is calling his father-in-law Gordon 'Dad' amid his ongoing family feud.

As the feud rages on, Gordon, who unveiled his documentary featuring the Olympian, revealed Adam has started calling him 'Dad' - something Caroline's sister Louise Williams branded 'toadying behaviour'.
In a lengthy rant on Threads, Louise discussed the sacrifices made by bricklayer Mark, who she said 'worked his hands raw and bleeding' to pay for his swimming.
She wrote: 'Oh Adam your poor dad. How could you? That man literally worked his hands bloody in order that you could pursue your dream... He worked long long days as a brickie - a hard laborious back breaking job. He did it without moan or complaint.'

Since the documentary was unveiled, Gordon revealed Adam's new moniker for him, saying: 'He calls me dad. He messaged me and said "Hey dad, what have you got? Hey dad, are you around later?" And it's just like, "Oh my God". Incredible.'
Louise responded with fury over the news - ordering Adam to recognise the sacrifices made by his parents, including Mark's 'laborious' job as a bricklayer to pave the way to Adam's Olympic success.
