She then revealed that one of the children had an accident on the trip: 'Trigger warning: Leo split his forehead open and we were well taken care of in the hospital.'
But all turned well after the kid was bandaged up.
'So grateful for the kindness and care,' noted the Extra host. 'Other than that, it's been beach, together, practicing walking like 🦀😂. Memories made. I missed them so much it hurt 💕.'
