The Beckhams chose to mark their 25th wedding anniversary by slipping back into their iconic matching purple looks and posing on those infamous gold thrones.
But David and Victoria have now given fans a behind-the-scenes look at their original big day, and lifted the lid on some cheeky hidden details.
The designer, 50, and former footballer, 49, married at Luttrellstown Castle in Ireland in 1999 in a lavish ceremony costing almost £1million.
Taking to Instagram on Thursday, Victoria shared pictures from the lead up to their nuptials, including a snap of her and David trying out their thrones ahead of the wedding. In another, she revealed the couple had naked models of themselves as the wedding cake topper.
Meanwhile, David shared an adorable picture of baby Brooklyn’s outfits for the wedding day, as well as gushing over his wife.

Ina carousel of snaps shared to Instagram on Thursday by Victoria, she revealed the couple had naked models of themselves as the wedding cake topper
Sharing a carousel of snaps, Victoria wrote: ‘Looking back on the days leading up to our wedding 25 years ago brings back so many amazing memories… I love you so much @davidbeckham!! Kisses @brooklynpeltzbeckham @romeobeckham @cruzbeckham #HarperSeven xx.’
The first snap showed David and Victoria testing their thrones for size in the back of a truck, with Posh giving a cheesy smile while sat in it in a second.
Other pictures showed a team of people trying to get the memorable thrones onto a plane. ‘How many people does it take to load two giant thrones onto a tiny plane?’ Victoria wrote.
In a hilarious photo, Victoria showed the pair’s wedding cake – which had naked models of her and David made out of fondant as the topper.
Reserving the purple dress for later, Victoria wore a more reserved champagne Vera Wang gown for the ceremony, while the groom opted for a white suit
Giving fans fans a glimpse into one of her final wedding dress fittings, Victoria also shared a picture of her in the white gown with a tiara on. ‘Forever grateful to@verawang for bringing my vision to life, and of course, @misterpearlofficial’s for sculpting my waist with his beautiful corset,’ she wrote of the snap.
And a topless David could be seen sat down with a very serious face as he wrote his wedding vows.

‘I mean [purple heart emoji]…. I love you @victoriabeckam,’ David captioned a photo of his wife having her shoes fitted on their wedding day.
Victoria could be seen beaming in the snap, as she looked over her shoulder at the camera while two tailors got her ready for the nuptials.
Next David shared a sweet snap of baby Brooklyn’s outfits for the day laid out, which included two cowboy hats, one white and one black, as well as tiny black shoes and white socks.
In another, David was seen holding Brooklyn while in his iconic purple suit. Brooklyn meanwhile was also sporting an all-purple ensemble in the snap.
‘Yep, still got it!’ the couple declared as they posted photos of themselves strolling through their country house grounds and posing on their wedding thrones to celebrate 25 years married.

Their picturesque Irish venue sat on 560 acres and dated back to the 18th century, with organsier Peregrine Armstrong-Jones telling OK! how ‘Victoria wanted somewhere really private and unique, somewhere leafy and green’.
She had hired Simon Lycett, who worked on the 90s rom-com Four Weddings And A Funeral, to set up the floral arrangements – complete with fresh apples which had been pierced and dotted around the castle in order to discharge the scent of fruit.
With David rocking up in a £230,000 Bentley Azure wearing a cream suit designed by Timothy Everett, Victoria sported a Vera Wang dress as she rode in style in a Bentley Arnage.
She commanded attention in a diamond-and-gold crown, which was custom-built by Slim Barrett who had previously crafted accessories for Princess Diana.
Despite the nuptials being covered as part of a lucrative magazine deal, Victoria is adamant the wedding wasn’t as fancy as it appeared.
Posh and Becks previously laughed at their choice to go purple in last year’s Netflix documentary Beckham.

As his former teammate Gary Neville described the wedding as ‘a spectacle’, David mused: ‘I try to think back to when I decided to wear a purple suit and I don’t know when that happened…
‘I think I just took Victoria’s lead on it but what were we thinking?!’
Having no regrets on her end, Victoria quipped: ‘It was fun!
‘We weren’t worried about what people were going to say. I mean Christ, how lovely to be that way when you just don’t really care you just want to express yourselves.
She did confess ‘I don’t know where the thrones came from’, while referring to the gold chairs she and David posed on.
David also previously joked about the look during a 2017 appearance on Radio 4’s Desert Island Discs: ‘I even had a top hat in purple, what was I thinking? I looked like the guys out of Dumb and Dumber.’
In the comments section on Wednesday’s post David’s mother Sandra gushed: ’25yrs and you both still look amazing, special memories’.
