‘”Hi honey” you would say in such a happy voice whenever we spoke on the phone. You were an incredible artist, but what was so unique about your art is that it sprung from every pore of yours.’
‘You lived and breathed art and beauty, it was around you in everything, in the homes you decorated so cosily and magnificently, in the way you danced, in the music you always had playing in the background, in the way you dressed so elegantly and timelessly, in every delicious meal you made, even how you served it, in the way you wrote letters and Christmas cards, in how you wrapped every perfect present I ever received from you… more than anything, beauty was in your spirit.’
‘There was so much magic around you, so much warmth and joy.’
‘I will forever be deeply grateful for our friendship, for all the laughter, the humor, the tears and the many adventures we shared. I love you my sweet friend. Till I see you again.’
