It comes just over two weeks after Helen was seen for the first time since she officially divorced her ex-husband Richie Myler.
The BBC Morning Live presenter departed the studios in Manchester with a beaming smile on her face.
MailOnline exclusively revealed earlier this year the Strictly star and her rugby ace ex, 33, who filed for divorce from their 10-year marriage almost two years ago, are legally divorced.
Helen and Richie, who share three children together, wed in 2013 and separated in April 2022, with Helen announcing on her Instagram profile that her husband had left the family home.
Richie is now in a relationship with Stephanie Thirkill, 33, who is the daughter of Leeds Rhinos president Andrew Thirkill, the rugby club he played for from 2017 until last year.
The couple started dating shortly after Helen and Richie split and 12 months later, welcomed their first baby together.
A source told MailOnline: ‘Helen and Richie are legally divorced.

‘Their marriage was declared over at the end of December, so finally both parties can move on and start the New Year afresh.’
The couple’s divorce comes three months after Richie accused Helen of ‘dragging her heels over proceedings’ and ‘preventing him from moving forward with his life.’
MailOnline reported in October Helen was yet to sign off their divorce despite receiving the decree nisi approved by the courts saying there is no reason why the couple cannot formally separate.
At the time a source close to the pair claimed that Helen’s alleged refusal to cooperate had left Richie ‘frustrated because he wants to move on with his life’ and ‘nobody can understand her continued delay.’
Helen confirmed that she and Richie had split just four months after the birth of their third child, daughter Elsie.
The former Blue Peter star became a permanent host on BBC Morning Live this month, joining Michelle Ackerley (pictured) on the presenting lineup
They also share sons Ernie, eight, and Louis, six, together while Richie became a dad for a fourth time to daughter Olivia from his relationship with Stephanie.
In August, Helen announced that she had quit her BBC Radio 5 show to spend more time with her children.
She had hosted the Sunday morning programme for a year after taking over from former Love Island host Laura Whitmore.
Helen said: ‘I’m not all right about it but you know, needs must. The juggle is real. An eight-year-old with a sideline needs me.’
