Helen Mirren displayed her fashion prowess at The Hollywood Reporter’s annual Women in Entertainment Gala.
The iconic actress, 78, donned a classic black dress with a business twist as she arrived to the event, held at the Beverly Hills Hotel on Thursday.
She hit the red carpet in a black dress teamed with a sheer lace top containing a collared neckline and buttoned wrist cuffs.
The Queen star, who was presenting an award to Adele, strode across the baby pink carpet in black kitten heels with a strap.
She carried an elegant black purse, donned chunky earrings, and a bold pink lip.

During the gala, Helen presented singer Adele with the Sherry Lansing Leadership Award.
The Sherry Lansing Leadership Award ‘recognizes trailblazers and philanthropists in entertainment and media.’ The award was established ‘in honor of Sherry Lansing, the first woman to head a Hollywood studio.’
The duo posed for snaps with the new trophy in Adele’s hand. They beamed with joy as they celebrated Adele’s big win.
Helen was previously a recipient of the award back in 2010. Past recipients also include Charlize Theron, Jennifer Aniston, Reese Witherspoon, Barbra Streisand, Oprah Winfrey, and Viola Davis.
In a statement released by co-editors-in-chief Nekesa Mumbi Moody and Maer Roshan ahead of the gala, they called the Someone Like You singer ‘one of the all-time greats.’
The full statement read: ‘We are beyond thrilled that Adele will be our Sherry Lansing Leadership Award honoree at this year’s Women in Entertainment event.’
‘Adele has had a groundbreaking career that has established her as one of the all-time greats: a brilliant songwriter, a stunning vocalist, a top-notch performer and an artist whose talents have no limit.’

Lansing, 79, also released a statement, as per Billboard, calling Adele ‘a singular talent who has captivated the world with her incredible music.’
‘Beyond that, she paved the way for female artists to embrace their authentic selves and define their own voices and careers at a critical moment for women in music, empowering countless other female artists to do the same. I could not be more thrilled that Adele is receiving the award that bears my name.’
The sentimental songwriter is already the recipient of 16 Grammy Awards, 12 Brit Awards, an Academy Award, a Primetime Emmy Award, and a Golden Globe Award, and is one of the world’s best-selling music artists, with sales of over 120 million records worldwide.
