Heidi Montag is baring all in a bid to promote her raunchy new single, 5G.
The Hills star, who turns 38 on Sunday, posed up a storm in a wet T-shirt and skimpy black underwear for a sizzling photoshoot to promote the X-rated track.
The mom-of-two flaunted her incredible curves in a vintage phone booth, clutching the receiver in one hand whole using her other arm to lean against the door.
At one point, she was joined by 23-year-old social media sensation 6arelyhuman, who is set to feature on an upcoming remix of the song.
Heidi then changed into a more futuristic outfit for her second look of the shoot.

The I’ll Do It hitmaker almost risked a wardrobe malfunction in a clear plastic bodysuit with tape to protect her modesty.
Her blonde hair was sleek and straight, and she added a pair of sky high stilettos to complete the ensemble.
5G, which was produced by Canadian producer Housefly, has sent Heidi’s fans into a frenzy since its release on Thursday night.
‘This song is fire! I am already obsessed but please release an extended version!’ begged one.
‘She said “Let’s give these gays what they want!!!” This needs to be everywhere!’ gushed another.
However, some naysayers weren’t happy with the song’s X-rated lyrics, which include the line, ‘I want you to f**k me in 5G.’
‘WTF, aren’t you a mother?’ raged one female follower.
It comes after Heidi’s husband Spencer Pratt blasted online trolls for mom-shaming his wife over her sexy music career.

Earlier this month, Heidi found herself targeted by trolls who have told her to go back to ‘being a mom’ instead of a pop star.
Fed up with the backlash, Spencer took to both Instagram and TikTok to call out his wife’s critics – who he pointed out are largely middle-aged women.
‘The amount of women attacking my wife in the comments section over her new song 5G that comes out 9/13 is actually insane,’ he said.
‘They sit here and come onto my page or my wife’s and attack her with the meanest comments,’ he continued, after pointing out that most of the women attacking Heidi seemed to be other moms.
‘So it kinda makes sense that you don’t get the music because it’s not for you.
‘Heidi’s making music for her listeners, who are probably 20 years younger than you.’

Heidi’s new single ‘5G’ has raised eyebrows due to its X-rated lyrics
After relaunching her music career in June with the single Wet Hot Summer, Heidi was repeatedly attacked online and told to cover up because she’s a devout Christian and a mother.
Speaking out about the backlash to DailyMail.com at the time, Heidi said, ‘I thought we were beyond this point in the culture of being so critical and shaming moms and women for being more than one thing.’
She continued, ‘I’m just following in the footsteps of incredible women like Jennifer Lopez, Beyoncé and Katy Perry who show you can be a mom and still be sexy.
‘Why is that as soon as women have kids they get solely defined by that, but men are never defined by fatherhood?
‘Chris Hemsworth and Jason Momoa get praised every time they take their shirts off, but God forbid a mom wears a bikini!’
The reality star admitted that she felt like she’d been singled out more than others over the years – especially when it came to her appearance.

‘People have always felt like they could say whatever they want about me and get away with it,’ Heidi, who once went under the knife for 10 cosmetic surgery procedures in a single day, said.
‘The things that were said about my surgeries back then were so cruel that you would get canceled if you said it now.
‘I don’t know why I’ve always been a target but I’ve learned to ignore it and focus on the positives because I get so much support from my fans so there’s really no need to look at the haters.’
