Heidi Klum looked panic-stricken when she suffered an embarrassing wardrobe malfunction in New York City on Wednesday.
The 51-year-old German supermodel raced to close up the slit of her long one-sleeved tuxedo dress when a gust of wind blew it open.
The mother-of-four was trying to protect her modesty as the opening flashed her black underwear while two smiling men looked on.
But because Klum has modeled underwear for a living for lingerie companies like Intimissimi, SKIMS and Victoria’s Secret, it could not have been too big of a deal for her, and that is perhaps why she flashed a big smile.
The opening also managed to show her toned and tanned legs as she added pointy high heels. The AGT judge also had on black sunglasses and diamond earrings.
The dress was long, black and structured. And when there was no wind it was perfectly closed.

Heidi’s outing comes after spending quality time with her daughter Lou in the Big Apple the weekend prior.
Despite being just 15, Lou, whose father is British singer Seal, towered over her five-foot-nine mother after a shopping trip to Sephora.
While Heidi and her ex-husband’s children have mostly been raised out of the spotlight, Lou and her siblings – Leni, 20, Henry, 19, and Johan, 18 – have increasingly entered the public eye over the past few years.
They’ve joined their dad at premieres and frequently appear on Heidi’s social media.
Lou has appeared in several sweet snaps on Heidi’s Instagram, taken during trips and events like Coachella.
Earlier this month, Heidi revealed that Lou participates in weekend debate tournaments, loves arts and crafts, and is part of her school’s choir.
‘I think is going to be the president, so watch out,’ the mother-of-four told Access Hollywood. ‘She has interest in everything.’
Despite her many talents, Heidi teased that Lou is interested in following in her footsteps down the runway.

Heidi shared: ‘She’s like, “Okay, when can I do this modelling stuff?” and I’m like, “You just turned 15. Let’s wait a hot minute, you know?”‘
Meanwhile, Heidi’s older daughter, Leni, who has more than 1.8 million Instagram followers, made her modelling debut by gracing the cover of Vogue Germany alongside her mum.
Heidi’s son Henry Samuel made his runway debut at Paris Fashion Week in January, at age 19. Her college-bound son Johan has also expressed an interest in modelling.
Lou was born on October 9, 2009, in Los Angeles, California.
At the time, Seal wrote in a statement: ‘It’s difficult to imagine loving another child as much as you love your existing children. Anyone who has a family will tell you this.
‘Where will one find that extra love? If you love your existing children with all of your heart, how then can one possibly find more heart with which to love another?
‘The answer to this question came in the form of our fourth child and second daughter.
‘Lou Sulola Samuel was born, and from the moment she looked into both of our eyes, it was endless love at first sight,’ he continued.

Klum left little to the imagination as she stepped out in New York City on Friday

Heidi’s outing comes after she recently hinted that her daughter Lou may be interested in following in her footsteps on the runway, just like her older siblings, Leni and Henry
Heidi gushed back in 2021 that Lou is her only child who shares her passion for Halloween.
‘I was hoping that I would pass this on even to my kids, but out of four, there’s only one that really is going for it and that’s Lou,’ she told People.
Lou also inspired Heidi to promote body positivity on her new platform, Modelverse, last year.
After years of watching her daughter play Roblox, Heidi recalls asking Lou what was missing in the game and the two figured out that only one kind of body type was available as an avatar to use.
This inspired Heidi to make changes on her platform, Modelverse, a virtual experience on Roblox where players can walk the catwalk in major fashion shows as their avatars.
