Heavily pregnant Sam Frost was left red-faced at the Noosa shops on Tuesday when she was forced to drag her ‘screaming’ two-year-old son Theodore back to their car.
The Bachelor star, 35, who is expecting her second child with fiancé Jordie Hansen, detailed the embarrassing experience on her Instagram Stories later that night.
Looking worn out from the difficult day, she said her tot threw a massive tantrum which included ‘crying, kicking and screaming’ when she took him shopping.
‘If anyone was at the Noosa shops today and saw a heavily pregnant lady and a toddler who was having an extremely tremendous meltdown tantrum—screaming, kicking, crying—that was me,’ Sam said.
‘That was me and my beautiful, gentle son Ted. I should have known because in the carpark previously I was trying to get him out of the car and he wanted to drive the car.
‘I said, “No mate, you can’t drive my car,” for obvious reasons. He is two. Meltdown. Screaming. I ended up cuddling him. I’m like, “You’re okay, mate. Let’s go into the shops. Everything is fine.”‘

However, Sam soon discovered everything was not fine, stating she ‘should have known then it wasn’t going to be a pleasant shopping experience’.
‘Mind you, the shops are packed because there is a cyclone warning. Anyway, I stupidly asked my son, “Hey, mate, do you want to get sushi?”‘ she continued.
‘Threw himself on the ground, kicking. Made himself floppy so I couldn’t pick him up. He was screaming so loudly I think everyone would have been like, “What is that mother doing to her child?”
‘This is awful. I honked him up under my arm and took him to the car screaming, kicking, crying.’
Sam recently announced she was expecting her second child with Jordie.
The actress took to Instagram to share the exciting news with a photo of the family all dressed in green and her growing baby bump.
‘Our family is growing from three to four,’ she began.
‘It has been a wild ride but we are extremely grateful our little one is healthy and doing okay in there. We are all very excited to meet you, especially your big brother!’

The actress continued to thank family and friends for the ‘love and support over these past few months’.
The soon-to-be mother of two didn’t reveal just how far along she is in her pregnancy, however, if her caption is to be believed, she has been pregnant for a few months.
Sam and Jordie announced their engagement on July 7, 2022.
‘Huge thank you to our family and friends for all their love and support over these past few months. Love you,’ she captioned the post.
The couple welcomed their first child, son Theodore, on March 7, 2023.
In August the actress revealed pregnancy was not easy for her.
‘To be honest, I have actually surprised myself,’ she told Confidential on Nova radio, discussing what parenting has been like for her since the baby arrived.
‘I found pregnancy really difficult and I thought that would be perhaps a reflection on what is going to happen coming up, but to be honest I am a little more relaxed than I thought.’
She added her newborn was ‘honestly fantastic’ and she was enjoying new motherhood.
