Hayley Orrantia and Greg Furman are now husband and wife.
The couple, who had been dating for about six years, were wed in front of 200 of their closet family and friends at Calamigos Ranch in Malibu, California on Saturday.
During the planning stages of their nuptials they made a point of expressing their need to have all their favorite people in the world at the ceremony.
‘We just wanted the night to feel like friends and family are in an extension of our own home — a very living room vibe,’ the actress today People, before adding, ‘It just fit perfectly with what we’ve always been envisioning.’
For her big day, The Goldbergs star wore a Liz Martinez ‘beaded flapper girl’ gown featuring a detachable chiffon skirt, allowing her to be able to dance all night long after exchanging their vows.
The Arlington, Texas native, 29, said she decided to go with something different after wearing so many ‘princess-style’ gowns and dresses to red carpet events over the years.

When discussing the process of finding the perfect dress or gown, Orrantia (born Sarah Hayley Orrantia) tried to keep it simple as possible.
‘I am the kind of girl that’s like immediately getting barefoot, and I’m on the dance floor the whole night,’ the Love Sick singer told the publication.
She continued, ‘So I needed something that I could dance in, but I also was like, “Do I really want to have two dresses? This is my wedding dress. I want to be in it the whole night.” And this specific dress was so perfect.’
The ceremony was decorated with shades of terracotta, burnt orange and rust tones, that included florals by Joy of Bloom with “lots of greenery.”
The bride’s seven bridesmaids wore dresses they each chose themselves in the same color scheme.
By the time the big moment came, Orrantia walked down the aisle to I Just Love You by Roo Panes, which was followed by the pair reading each of their vows.
During cocktail hour, guests enjoyed shrimp skewers, truffle mushroom flatbread and cheeseburger sliders.
As for dinner, Orrantia says they served chaat masala, a truffle filet, and honey nut squash as a vegetarian option.
For dessert, the happy couple cut into a red velvet swirl cake from the Vanilla Bake Shop with ivory icing that featured watercolor-like design of orange tones to match the wedding’s theme.

With dancing a priority, the couple made sure the reception was all about the music. So much so that they had all their guests sign cards and put them into a large guitar case when they entered the venue.
In a sweet moment, Orrantia and Furman had their first dance to Schitt’s Creek star Noah Reid’s rendition of Simply the Best. The Jordan Kahn Band also played as part of the entertainment during the reception.
By the time the party was winding down, the bride and groom decided to surprise their friends and family with a silent disco.
Basically, a silent disco or silent rave is an event where people dance to music listened to on wireless headphones, instead of using a speaker system.
‘This is so goofy, but one of the reasons I was so looking forward to it is because I’ve seen videos that people take where they’re just panning through the room of people dancing,’ Orrantia joked. ‘I think it’s hilarious that there’s no music happening out loud, but you just hear people heavily breathing. It makes me laugh so hard.’
It turns out the celebration didn’t end there. On Sunday, the couple and their wedding party joined guests for a brunch to cap off the festive weekend.

Initially, Orrantia admitted that she ‘thought he was really cute,’ but still it would be six more months until they would see each other again.
‘I saw his videos come up on my [Instagram] page, and I just thought, “This guy’s so funny, I just want to hang out with him,” so I actually slid in the DMs,’ she recalled of their reacquaintance. ‘I asked if we could go get coffee. So pretty much from there that was about it — we’ve been together ever since.’
Furman. 34, ended up proposing in May 2022, which they announced in an Instagram post the following month

‘And then one day you meet someone who makes it all make sense. We’re getting married!’ she gushed in the caption, alongside two photos of the couple snuggled up against each other.
After having exchanged their vows and celebrated their union, the newlyweds are now heading off on their honeymoon, two-and-a-half weeks in Europe that starts in Rome, Italy, and then takes them to the always scenic Greece.
‘We’re doing Santorini and Athens,’ she revealed of their trip to Greece. ‘We’re looking forward to Santorini being just relaxing by the pool and eating all the amazing food.’
They will also make a stop in Paris, France as sort of a homage to their only ‘big trip’ they took together to date, which happed a few years ago around Christmas time.
