has cancelled his concert in São Paulo, on Tuesday due to a 'health issue'.

The singer, 32, who has not disclosed what the health issue is, has offered refunds to fans after the last minute cancellation. 

Last month, Harry collapsed on the stage at London's Wembley Stadium after reportedly choking on water. Fans were concerned that he might have passed out amid the heatwave in the UK. 

A small batch of tickets for Friday's Together, Together show will be made available to those who had tickets for Tuesday's gig.

A statement from Live Nation Brasil confirmed: 'We deeply regret to inform you that the Harry Styles show scheduled for Tuesday, July 21, 2026, at MorumBIS has been canceled due to a health issue on the tour. 

'Tickets for this show will be refunded through the same purchase channel. An email with more information will be sent by @ticketmasterbr to all ticket holders.

'The Friday show, July 24, 2026, will take place as scheduled.

'Ticket holders for the Tuesday show (July 21) will have the opportunity to purchase an exclusive batch of tickets for the Friday show (July 24), while supplies last. More information will be provided in the email sent by Ticketmaster Brasil to buyers.

'We have worked with the event venue to release as many tickets as possible for the Friday show, but please keep in mind that availability is extremely limited.'

The Daily Mail has contacted Harry's representative for comment.  

Harry was last onstage at MorumBIS in São Paulo on Saturday.

The show is so physically demanding; the former One Direction star completed marathons to prepare for the intensity.

Harry will next head to City for six nights. He will do 30 nights alone at Madison Square Garden in New York as well as  and  from May through December in 2026.

During Harry's final show in Wembley earlier this month, he was joined by a surprise guest, as his older sister Gemma took to the stage with him.

Harry's band introduced his sister before Gemma nervously took to the mic and told the fans present: 'This is not somewhere I ever wanted to be!' 

'That said, this is not a normal evening,' she continued. 'My little brother is about to finish a record-breaking 12-night run.'

'And I'm gonna keep this pretty short because I don't know how you do this quite frankly, I feel like I'm gonna...'

His 12-night run in London made history as the longest-ever Wembley residency by a solo artist.

Throughout the entire residency, Harry was joined by country music legend , who served as the support act.

Fans were treated to a setlist packed with hits including Golden, Adore You and Music For A Sushi Restaurant, alongside new tracks such as Dance No More, Aperture and Are You Listening Yet?

The residency has been met with rave reviews from Harry's loyal fans and critics, with

Harry announced a seven-city global residency, called Together, Together, at the start of the year.
