Harry Meets Danny: Ex-Spurs Boss Stars in The Dyers’ Caravan Park

With both hailing from east London, they are bound to have plenty in common – and more than entertain audiences when appearing together.

Harry Redknapp has won a starring role on Danny Dyer’s upcoming TV series, The Dyers’ Caravan Park, The Mail on Sunday can reveal.

The big budget show, due to air next year, will see Dyer run a caravan site with daughter Dani.

Former football manager Redknapp will appear in scenes where the staff at the Priory Hill & Nutts Farm Holiday Park on the Isle of Sheppey, Kent, play a match against the residents.

Redknapp, 78, coaches the guests while Dyer, 48, is in charge of the staff.

A source close to the Sky show said: ‘It will be great television. These two are stars and they just bounce off one another – it’s brilliant.

‘Harry got the call up from Danny and jumped at the chance.’

They were joined by Spandau Ballet frontman Martin Kemp, who sang at the drinks party afterwards.

Dyer, who played EastEnders landlord Mick Carter for nine years, will be joined by Love Island star Dani, 29, as they attempt to ‘make caravanning cool again’.

They will look to do this by transforming the holiday park, which is located near Leysdown Beach.
