Hannah Brown, a former Bachelorette contestant, showcases a striking red bikini while vacationing in Mexico with her fiancé Adam Woolard, following her revelation of a panic attack triggered by their proposal.

It has been more than four years since Hannah Brown was the Bachelorette for season 15 in 2019.  

Now, the former Miss Alabama, 28, is engaged to Adam Woolard after two years of dating. 

The newly engaged couple is enjoying a getaway to Tulum, Mexico where they were spotted frolicking in the surf.

The Better Tomorrow podcast host looked stunning in a tiny red string bikini as she held hands with her future husband.

In one snap, Alabama native Hannah, who stands at 5ft7in, is being held by her model fiancé and her long legs hang down on either side of his back.

The Bachelor Nation alum spoke to Us Weekly about the anxiety she had leading up to the proposal. 

In August, as Woolard planned to get down on one knee in front of their family and friends, Hannah found herself having anxiety about the whole idea. 

She had a therapy session a few days before Adam planed to propose and her therapist advised her not to make ‘any big decisions.’

‘[My therapist and I] had kind of gotten down to [the fact that] I struggle with even loving and liking myself sometimes, so how can I accept loving and liking me fully if I have a hard time doing that for myself,’ she explained to Woolard on her podcast earlier this month. 

Woolard told her about his plan to pop the question to assuage her anxiety which sent her into a panic attack over ruining the surprise. 

She told her boyfriend that she definitely wanted to get engaged but she didn’t want to know when it was happening.

So Woolard asked her to marry him the day before he had originally planned to do it. 

‘I’m just really thankful that Adam, honestly, is not just so controlled by his ego and what other people think that he was able to honestly also share his side of the story,’ she explained to Us Weekly.

The couple went public with their romance on Valentine’s Day 2021 but Adam did appear on Hannah’s social media as early as December 2020.

The adopted their dog Wally in January 2022 and in March 2023 left their seaside apartment in Santa Monica and moved to Nashville, Tennessee.

Adam put a ring Hannah’s finger on August 24 at Bolt Farm Treehouse in Whitwell, Tennessee.

The couple hasn’t released any details about when or where they plan to become Mr. and Mrs.
