Hailey Bieber blew off steam amid mounting rumors of trouble with husband Justin Bieber — and she did it with a paintball gun in one hand and her middle finger in the air.

The 28-year-old supermodel was spotted playing paintball with her BFF Kendall Jenner, but the friendly outing took a hilarious turn when Hailey flipped the bird at Kendall in a snap shared online.

The eyebrow-raising moment came just as Hailey was riding a wave of back-to-back wins — landing the cover of Vogue and reportedly selling her Rhode beauty brand for a staggering $1 billion.

But instead of celebrating her success, Justin threw shade — or silence. The singer reposted news of Hailey’s Rhode deal without a single word of praise. 

And fans didn’t miss the fact that he once said Hailey would never be on Vogue — a dig he revealed just as a 2020 clip went viral showing him telling Hailey he’d have dumped her ‘a long time ago’ if it weren’t for her looks.

Despite Kendall being there for Hailey through all the drama — from dinner outings to Hollywood parties — the model clearly couldn’t resist flipping her BFF off during their paintball battle.

Suited up in black tactical gear and a full face shield, Hailey raised her paintball gun and her middle finger for the camera. 

Her mask was splattered in pink, suggesting Kendall had nailed a direct hit — and Hailey’s gesture might’ve been a playful payback.

The outing comes less than a week after Kendall and sister Kylie Jenner treated Hailey to an epic girls’ night in what fans saw as a show of support.

Earlier this month, Justin faced major backlash after admitting he once harshly told Hailey she’d never land a Vogue cover during an argument.

That same day, as his wife celebrated achieving that very milestone, the embattled pop star sparked controversy with his Instagram post meant to congratulate her.

His attempt at humor didn’t sit well with fans, as he explained why the Vogue cover felt like a full-circle moment for their relationship.

‘Yo this reminds me when Hailey and I got into a huge fight. I told Hails that she would never be on the cover of Vogue. 

‘Yikes, I know, so mean. For some reason because I felt so disrespected I thought I gotta get even,’ he explained. 

Justin continued: ‘Think as we mature we realize that we’re not helping anything by getting even… we’re honestly just prolonging what we really want which is intimacy and connection.’ 

He concluded his post by writing a message directly to Hailey, which read: ‘So baby u already know but forgive me for saying u wouldn’t get a Vogue cover cuz clearly I was sadly mistaken.’

Many saw his caption as a backhanded compliment and something ‘so unnecessary’ to share with his more than 294 million Instagram followers.

‘It’s okay to have secrets Justin,’ one commented.

Another wrote: ‘You couldn’t waterboard this information out of me lmao.’

‘Why would you write something like that… put that phone down please,’ a third urged.

Others criticized him for accidentally writing ‘sadly mistaken’ versus ‘happily’ mistaken, since he obviously meant to congratulate her on the achievement.

A source later told DailyMail.com that Justin and Hailey are often ‘at each other’s throats,’ and the heated fight he mentioned was nothing unusual for the couple.

So when Justin tried to show support again on Sunday by reposting news that Hailey’s Rhode Beauty line is heading to Sephora, fans weren’t exactly impressed.

In the wake of Justin’s confession, fans of his wife highlighted past incidents in which he had allegedly displayed ‘unsupportive behavior’ toward his wife to contextualize the Vogue controversy.

Some fans even claimed that the disheveled way he often dresses for public events with Hailey betrays a lack of respect.
