Hailey Bieber is reportedly considering legal action after she was erroneously portrayed as being a bully and a stalker by various social media personalities.
TMZ is reporting that Hailey, 28, is considering hiring an attorney to fight back against the bloggers and online commenters who are behind the misinformation.
Insiders told the site that Hailey has recently been in touch with attorney Lisa Moore, who represented Cardi B in her defamation lawsuit against blogger Tasha K back in 2022. Moore’s efforts helped Cardi win a $4 million judgement against Tasha.
Hailey wants Lisa to look into any legal avenues she can possibly take against the untruths.
A TikToker recently claimed Hailey liked a post she shared mocking Selena Gomez, 32, and her fiance Benny Blanco, 37 – which Bieber denied via a rep.
Additionally, a seven part series on YouTube alleging Hailey stalked Justin, 31, and networked her way into marrying him, according to TMZ.

Hailey is said to be fed up with the mean-spirited narrative, one which she has been facing on-off for years.
Insiders told TMZ the online narratives have been doctored and made up to show Hailey in a negative light.
Hailey’s primary concern is that viewers are taking the information at face value.
While she has long avoided directly addressing the misinformation as she felt the comments were ridiculous and untruthful, her feelings toward the matter have changed ever since she became a parent.
She and Justin welcomed son Jack Blues, their first child together, last August.
The new report comes not long after Hailey denied liking a post mocking Selena and Benny.
TikTok user Courtney Presto recently claimed that the Rhode founder reacted to a clip she posted on February 14, regarding Selena and Benny’s photo shoot with Interview magazine, in which she made fun of some of the images featuring the pair.
However, a representative for Hailey has refuted the claims. ‘This never happened,’ her spokesperson told Us Weekly.
‘This entire story has been fabricated by a content creator looking to capitalize off of an old, tired narrative,’ Hailey’s rep added.

Gomez and Hailey’s husband, Justin Bieber had an on-again, off-again relationship from 2009 to 2018.
Hailey began dating him shortly after his final split with Selena. Both Justin and Hailey have denied any overlap in their relationships.
In the seven-second video, TikTok creator Courtney appeared to be mocking some of the images – which included a rather bizarre snap of Selena’s feet resting on Benny’s cheeks.
‘This is the WORST,’ Courtney captioned the post, and told her followers: ‘Sorry to do this to everyone but I had to look at these photos so you do too.’
She added: ‘I genuinely can’t decide which is the worst.’

According to Courtney, Hailey liked the video.
Courtney has since apologized to Hailey in a video mocking the whole situation, but insisted the screenshot was real and adding it was wrong of her to assume Hailey herself liked the post and not a member of the team.
Selena, who was once in a long-term on-off relationship with Justin, and Hailey, who went on to marry him, have been pitted against one another on social media and have asked previously fans to cease with the bullying.
When their so-called ‘feud’ re-ignited in 2023, Selena urged people to stop trolling and bullying Hailey, and revealed they had been in contact discussing their on-going narrative.
‘Hailey Bieber reached out to me and let me know that she has been receiving death threats and such hateful negativity,’ Selena said on her Instagram Stories.

‘This isn’t what I stand for. No one should have to experience hate or bullying. I’ve always advocated for kindness and really want this all to stop.’
Hailey subsequently thanked Selena for speaking up.
‘I want to thank Selena for speaking out, as her and I have been discussing the last few weeks how to move past this ongoing narrative between her and I.
‘The last few weeks have been very hard for everyone involved and millions of people are seeing so much hate around this which is extremely harmful. While social media is an incredible way to connect and build community, moments like this only create extreme division instead of bringing people together.
‘Things can always be taken out of context or construed differently than they were intended. We all need to be more thoughtful about what we post and what we say, including myself.
‘In the end, I believe love will always be bigger than hate and negativity, and there is always an opportunity to meet each other with more empathy and compassion.’
