Gypsy Rose Blanchard Fears Spark with Boyfriend Ken Urker Is Gone After Baby

Gypsy Rose Blanchard and her boyfriend didn’t seem to be on the same page when it comes to their relationship in Monday’s season two finale of Gypsy Rose: Life After Lock Up.

The reality star, 33 — who broke down in tears earlier this month because of the ‘reputation war’ with her ex-husband — lamented that things with her new guy weren’t going so well.

‘Everything is day by day right now, so we’re just winging it,’ she told the cameras.

She and boyfriend Ken Urker are not allowed to live together while she is still on parole.

‘It’s hard to kind of keep up a relationship whenever you’re living in two separate places, and you’ve got schedules that interfere,’ Blanchard explained.

And there are some communication issues between the two who share daughter Aurora, almost five months.

‘I want cuddles. I want snuggles. I want words of affirmation,’ she said in a confessional.

‘For Ken, it’s like he doesn’t think about anything like that. I don’t get it. You might feel love. Yeah, you love me, okay. You say you love me, but you don’t show it,’ she said.

As the new parents juggle their schedules and living conditions, one problem has been solved.

A DNA test proved that her ex-husband Ryan Anderson is not the baby’s father, and the next step is to have his name removed from the little one’s birth certificate.

Louisiana law states that if a child is born while the mother is married, or within 300 days of the divorce being finalized, the husband is presumed to be the father.

‘Like, is it gone for you? Is that like the spark, the flame, the energy, you know what I’m saying,’ she asked Ken. ‘I think a lot of things has drained us,’ she said.

‘We need to have more communication. And I think that we both just need to open up more, about the realistic expectations of each other.’

In the episode, Blanchard revealed she and Urker had been ‘intimate for the first time in a long time,’ and were beginning to re-establish their connection.

Things seemed to be gong well on Tuesday, months after the finale was shot, as Blanchard posted a family photo on social media.

‘Wandering the French Quarter with my two loves ❤️ Life doesn’t get much better than this,’ she wrote next to the sweet snap.

During a family trip to the zoo, Blanchard, who served eight years of a 10-year prison sentence for assisting in the murder of her mother, released a butterfly as a symbol of freedom as she will soon be off parole.

‘When she’s finally off parole, we can actually travel and go see more stuff,’ Urker said.

‘And she’s been the best mother I could ever want for my child, and I’m super proud that I get to go on this journey with her,’ he told the cameras.

‘The three of us are experiencing life in an all-new way. It’s been glorious. I love every minute of it. I’m the happiest I’ve ever been.’

Urker, who was spotted looking for engagement rings, said he planned to propose when her parole is completed,  on her ‘first day of true freedom.’

‘It’s about reassuring her that I’m committed to us,’ he said about his plans to pop the question. ‘There’s nobody else I want to experience life with other than her.’
