The Goop founder, 51, shares Apple, 20, and Moses, 18, with her ex-husband Chris Martin, 47, and when it comes to their skin, ‘They are so ahead of the game. They are research-based consumers,’ the proud mom said.

‘My son goes so deep into products, what’s in them, and how they counteract with other things. My daughter is very into products, too,’ she said during an interview with Elle.

And Paltrow – who looked effortlessly chic in France earlier this week – tries to stay on top of all the misinformation online and trusts that her kids know how to spot disinformation.

‘We’re living in such a strange time where TikTok will sort of decide something is true, there’s veracity, and this idea, and then everybody gets swept up in it.’

‘My children are more circumspect,’ she shared. ‘They do their own research, which I think is great.’

Growing up with Goop’s proprietor in the house surely didn’t hurt the Paltrow-Martin children when it comes to making good skin care choices.

Gwyneth and her ex recently reunited to celebrate Moses’ graduation from high school, making her officially an empty nester.

Moses is heading off to Brown University in the fall and Apple will be starting her junior year at Vanderbilt University.

The Sliding Doors actress spoke about the mounting anxiety she is feeling at the prospect of her kids being in Tennessee and Rhode Island while she is in California.

‘It’s kind of giving me a nervous breakdown, if I’m honest,’ she confessed at an event for her wellness brand Goop, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

‘I started being like: “Oh my God, and I need to quit my job and I need to sell my house and I need to move.” It’s sort of putting things into turmoil,’ she said.

‘My identity has been being a mother. So I’ve oriented my whole life around them and their schedules and when school starts.’

She explained: ‘You start to let go in increments when they’re driving themselves around or doing certain things. It is a slower process.’

Gwyneth added: ‘I feel really lucky because I have a close group of mom friends and we all raised our kids alongside one another. So we’re kind of in it together.’

Gwyneth and the Coldplay frontman got married in 2003 and separated in 2014, in what they infamously described as a ‘conscious uncoupling.’
