She once admitted her only vices were a weekly cigarette and a few cocktails.
But it seems Gwyneth Paltrow has knocked even those on the head, claiming she hasn’t smoked for seven years or been drunk for a decade.
However, the poster girl for the wellness craze, 53, admits to one vice – an occasional Oreo cookie.
She said her last cigarette was on the night of her wedding to Brad Falchuk in 2018.
‘Oh, sadly I remember it well,’ she told Vogue. ‘It was the night we got married seven years ago.
‘We were redoing our paperwork and I got life insurance, and it said that if anything happened to me and they knew that I had smoked a cigarette, it would nullify the whole thing.

‘Because I’m such an [personality type] Enneagram 1 – which is like, “integrity is everything” – I never smoked again. I miss it, though.’
The last time she got drunk, she says, was on her 43rd birthday. ‘
I did shots and I was hammered,’ Ms Paltrow said, revealing she had to excuse herself from a meeting the next day to ‘puke in the bathroom’ before going back.
‘That was the last time,’ she said.
