Gwyneth Paltrow showed off her fit physique as she stepped out for a walk in the Hamptons on Saturday.
The actress, who has been spending time with her family during their annual stay in the tony New York seaside resort.
The 52-year-old donned a sleeveless khaki green athleisure top and a pair of black running shorts for the outing.
The Goop founder wore white and black sneakers. She looked makeup free behind her large aviator sunglasses and accessorized with a gold chain.
Falchuk, 54, displayed his toned arms and peck in a tight fitting sleeveless gray Yale University T-shirt and distressed gray knee length shorts with sneakers.
The couple were joined by a friend in blue shorts, and a black sleeveless shirt during their outing.

Although the Oscar winner is naturally thin, she works to remain toned through exercise and a relatively healthy diet.
In an Ask Me Anything session with her fan in 2024, the Shakespeare in Love star said she tries to move every day.
‘I do something six days a week, but with a lot less intensity than I used to,’ she explained to her 8.4 million Instagram followers.
‘Even just going for an hour walk, or like now, I’m walking around our giant Goop office. I usually take multiple spins around to stretch my legs,’ she said, adding, ‘But I try to do something – a little something – every day.’
In a 2017 article with Women’s Health she explained it was part of her daily routine. ‘I’ve made it a habit, just like brushing your teeth. That’s how you have to look at it,’ she explained.
I’ve been a Tracy Anderson fanatic for over a decade, I’m an investor in her company, so yeah, I go every morning,’ she said at the time. According to the website Anderson’s method includes a ‘combination of complex weight transfers, dance-inspired choreography, and multidirectional movement.’
Paltrow often shares what she’s eating on social media and grows many of her own fruits and vegetables in a home garden.
It was her father Bruce Paltrow’s cancer diagnosis that pointed her in the direction of being more mindful about what she eats. The director died at age 58 from throat cancer in 2002.
‘That’s when I really started to research environmental toxins and our bodies inability to properly detox many of these new compounds that exist in our environment – microplastics and forever chemicals,’ she said on a Goop podcast in April.
Although her father balked at the idea of not putting sugar in his coffee or eating a gluten-free, sugar-free baked good, the curious connoisseur said she started to experiment on herself.
She credits her efforts to help her dad with helping her find the ‘joys of healthy food.’

The Ironman actress revealed she and Falchuk adopted a paleo diet, which focuses on whole, unprocessed foods that could be hunted, fished, or gathered, but admitted, ‘I’m a little sick of it, if I’m being honest.
‘I’m getting back into eating some sourdough bread and some cheese and some pasta.’
Now that she’s in her 50s, Paltrow has been dealing with menopause.
