Ian Ziering was involved in a violent incident involving a group of mini-bike riders in Los Angeles on Sunday that was caught on camera.
The Beverly Hills, 90210 actor, 59, in a clip posted to TMZ, was seen clashing with one mini-bike rider, after which he fended off attacks from multiple other riders in the group, who were wearing helmets in the exchange.
The incident involving Ziering, who played the role of Steve Sanders on the Fox series from 1990 to 2000, took place on Hollywood Boulevard with the Ghirardelli Soda Fountain & Chocolate Shop visible in the background.
At one point, the Sharknado actor was pictured running across the street in an effort to escape the onslaught from multiple attackers.
He was seen pushing off one of his attackers as he made his way onto the sidewalk, where lies the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

While dozens of onlookers were gathered at the popular spot on New Year’s Eve, no one appeared to intervene on Ziering’s behalf in the incident.
It was not immediately clear if anyone was arrested in connection with the incident as of Sunday evening, the outlet reported, noting that ‘an official report’ lists the Newark, New Jersey-born actor ‘as the victim’ in the incident.
Police told the outlet they are probing the incident and communicating with the people involved.
Sources told the outlet that Ziering’s ‘vehicle … may have been hit’ prior to the conflict caught on camera in the incident.
Ziering was able to get back into his vehicle and depart the scene, sources told the outlet, while the group of mini-bikers also abruptly left the scene after the violent incident.
Ziering, who has more than 620,000 Instagram followers, had not yet addressed the incident on his social media account as of Sunday evening.
The incident marked the final chapter in what’s been a challenging year for members of the Beverly Hills, 90210 cast.
Shannen Doherty had to undergo a surgical procedure to remove a tumor from her head taken on January 16, 2023, going public with the news in her long-running health battle in June. (Doherty was initially diagnosed in 2015 with breast cancer and in February 2020, said she had been diagnosed with stage four breast cancer.)

Also in January, Doherty and ex-husband Kurt Iswarienko separated, and she revealed they were divorcing in April amid ‘irreconcilable differences.’
Doherty on her podcast earlier this month said that she was looking forward to ending a ‘turbulent’ year filled with ‘some massive health struggles, some massive personal struggles’ and ‘a lot of heartbreak and fear.’
Ziering told People earlier this month that Doherty ‘has always been a fighter,’ and is ‘really an incredible woman.’
He said of her health battle: ‘It’s not over. She’s got a long road in front of her. She’s so courageous and strong, and stands as a role model to those that are facing similar adversities.’
In addition, his costar Tori Spelling has made headlines over the past 12 months with a series of financial problems, insecure living conditions, physical illness and her separation from estranged husband Dean McDermott.
