Only one of Ryan O’Neal’s four children attended his memorial service last week – with his son, Griffin, claiming that he wasn’t even invited.
The late 82-year-old Oscar nominated actor died in Los Angeles on December 8 of congestive heart failure.
On Saturday, he was buried alongside longtime lover Farrah Fawcett.
Patrick O’Neal was his only child to attend the funeral. His three remaining kids, daughter Tatum, 60, and sons Griffin, 59, and Redmond, 38, were notably absent.
O’Neal was last seen being aided into his vehicle from a wheelchair by helper in Brentwood, California on November 6, 2023
Following the ceremony, Griffin alleged that he wasn’t notified of the service.
He told The Post: ‘I wasn’t even invited to send him off.
‘I’m the hated son who told the truth. Dark times in this family. Love means never having to say you’re sorry — and Ryan never did, to anyone.’
Fawcett’s friends also told the New York Post that she didn’t want to be buried in LA, but instead wanted to be cremated and her ashes returned to Texas.
Her University of Texas sweetheart told The Post: ‘She never wanted a burial or a monument where people could come gawk at her.
‘Ryan created this narrative like it was this big love story.’
O’Neal and Charlie’s Angels actress Fawcett started dating in the late 70s before welcoming their son Raymond in 1985.
The two were partners from 1979 until 1997 when he was caught in bed with actress Leslie Stefanson.

After their split, O’Neal’s daughter Tatum alleged that he physically abused Fawcett.
‘He had a terrible temper and was very violent. He beat her up’ she said.
Fawcett and O’Neal rekindled their relationship in 2001.
