Taylor Swift’s next stop on her worldwide Eras Tour is London’s Wembley Stadium, where the hitmaker will be performing on Friday June 21, Saturday June 22, and Sunday June 23.
And for these upcoming tour dates, the 34-year-old star will be joined by three brand-new opening acts for one-off performances.
Fans are in for a treat as Griff, METTE, and Benson Boone will be taking to the stage for one night each across the weekend, as well as the usual tour opener, Paramore.
The singer initially shared the news via an Instagram story back in May and said she selected the musicians to open for her in London because she ‘chose artists whose music I love listening to.’
But who are Griff, METTE, and Benson Boone? Read on for everything you need to know about the artists who have bagged the coveted Eras Tour performance slots.

Who is Griff?
Rising star Griff, 23, is set to open for the Anti-Hero singer on Saturday 22 June, alongside Paramore.
The young singer-songwriter, whose real name is Sarah Griffiths, released her first single Mirror Talk just two weeks after she completed her final school exams.
After a few short years in the industry, she was supporting hit artists like Coldplay, Dua Lipa and Ed Sheeran.
Despite knowing she wanted to be a musician from a young age, the singer kept her ambitions hush from most people, quietly teaching herself to produce and record music on her brother’s laptop and meeting with producers as she was doing her A-level revision.
By 2020 – just a year after she graduated – Griff was writing music for artists like Hailee Steinfeld, releasing more of her own tracks, and receiving awards.
In 2021, she won the Rising Star Award at the BRITs. Discussing her success, the 23-year-old admitted it was a dizzying journey.
In August of last year, Griff released her track Vertigo – which saw Taylor Swift take to Instagram to share how much she ‘loves’ the song.

The moment was incredible for long-time Swiftie Griff, who has often cited Taylor’s Fearless album as a key musical inspiration.
Taylor also shouted Griff out when accepting her Global Icon Award at the 2020 BRITs and the pair were snapped enjoying chips in a dressing room one year later.
Announcing the exciting news that she would be supporting one of her favourite artists, Griff took to social media to quip:
‘If you know me you know this might be one of the most surreal things to say but TAYLOR SWIFT HAS INVITED ME ON THE ERAS TOUR!!!!!!!!!!
‘8 yr old me who had fearless on repeat wouldn’t believe this. So unbelievably grateful to Taylor for all the love she’s shown me and my music. See you at Wembley on June 22nd. Ly.’

The star shared videos of herself having a great time in the crowd, dancing along enthusiastically with her friends as Taylor performed.
Who is METTE?
Up and coming artist Mette said of supporting Taylor: ‘The first thing that popped into my head was: ‘Oh, my gosh, there’s going be a lot of people in that stadium’, (pictured in May)
Mette will be the first of the three performers to take to the stage, opening for Taylor on Friday June 21 at Wembley.
The up-and-coming artist told BBC Newsbeat: ‘The first thing that popped into my head was: ‘Oh, my gosh, there’s going be a lot of people in that stadium.
‘And a lot of Swifties that don’t know about me and don’t know my music. And I get an opportunity to share my music with people.’
She also described the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity as a ‘dream come true’.
Real name Mette Towley, the American singer is no stranger to the stage as she is also a dancer and actress.
She appeared in Hustlers (2019) and later in the same year Cats, where she played the role of Cassandra and worked alongside Taylor Swift, who played Bombalurina.
Born and raised in Minnesota, Mette’s first love was dancing, which she was introduced to from the young age of five when she attended Baltimore School for the Arts.
She went on to bag a host of dance roles, most notably appearing in the music video for Lemon by N.E.R.D and Rihanna.

The triple-threat performer also bagged the role of Video Girl in Greta Gerwig’s 2023 Barbie movie, before emerging into the music scene.
On her website, she describes her sound as ‘sensual and sweaty – music to move your body to’.
Her single Mama’s Eyes propelled her into fame and has been nominated for an Ivor-Novello Award as ‘Best Contemporary Song’.
She has also been named as one of Spotify’s Pop Rising Artists To Watch, as she continues to release new music.
Announcing the exciting Eras Tour news, the singer penned on Instagram: ‘It’s a new ERA for ya girl… Opening the ‘Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour’ on June 21st at Wembley Stadium in London.
‘Thank you @taylorswift – Never been so excited in my entire life!!! #TSTheErasTour.’
Who is Benson Boone?

The Washington-born singer-songwriter shot to fame after sharing his music on TikTok and has since gone on to release multiple successful singles.
Most notably, his breakout smash hit Beautiful Things, which was released in January 2024, saw him earn his first-ever UK Top 5 single.
Before this, his track In The Stars made the Official Singles Chart Top 40 in 2022, which came after he signed to Imagine Dragons frontman Dan Reynolds’ record label, Night Street Records.
Benson told ABC Audio: ‘He reached out to me, just over Instagram, and said he loves my vibe and my voice, and he would love to work with me.’

He is currently on his Fireworks & Rollerblades World Tour, which is named after his debut album.

Benson’s first shot at fame was on American Idol when he was a fresh-faced 18-year-old, however he decided to withdraw from the show and pursue his own music career.
He now boasts a following of more than 7.1 million on TikTok and 3.1 million on Instagram and is bound to amass more fans once he performs to a sold-out Wembley stadium.
It comes as Taylor is already preparing for her three-night stint at the London stadium, as she has reportedly revisited her favourite local takeaway stop, placing a huge order at Kentish Delight.
The hitmaker ordered 45 large chicken doner kebabs ahead of her Wembley Stadium show on Friday.
She publicly showed her love for Kentish Delight after famously featuring it in the music video for End Game, which was released back in 2017.
A source told The Sun: ‘They’ll be collected by someone from her team on the night. It’s a big order but the kebab house can handle it. Taylor adds garlic sauce to hers, as well as heaps of salad.’
Taylor will later return to London to play four more sold-out shows on August 15, 16, 17, and 19, although her website currently states that Paramore will be the only opener for those dates.
