He plays leading man Jacob Jankowski, a young man who jumps a moving train unsure of where the road will take him. On his journey, he finds a home with the crew of a traveling circus, which leads to a a life and love, beyond his wildest dreams.
‘This was what I grew up doing and what I went to high school for and college for as well,’ he told Today. ‘This is where I thought I’d be a long time ago.’
The singer and dancer admitted, ‘I was really nervous to come back to this world, but it’s actually felt it’s a lot more like coming home, than I thought it would feel.’
‘The company is incredible,’ he continued. ‘It’s a really good group of people and it’s been amazing to be back on stage.’
