The TV presenter, 83, turned heads in an eye catching gold velvet coat which she donned over a black blouse and trousers.
She accessorised with a bold yellow necklace and toted her belongings around in a large woven handbag.
The Loose Women panellist was all smiles as she completed her evening look with a stunning palette of makeup including a swipe of red lipstick.
She beamed as she posed with husband Stephen, 80, who she married in 1998, as he dressed smart in a black suit complete with a silver tie and scarf.

It comes after Gloria’s husband Stephen was left partially blind after suffering a second stroke last year
He lost the sight in his right eye and he has said it is not expected to return.
He told the Mirror: ‘I woke up in the morning and there was blood in the eye and that was it. I can see a little but not that good.’
Speaking of the blood vessel damage that is causing the sight loss, he added: ‘It is from the heart to the eye, and then from the eye to the brain, so it is damaged. It is the first time I have had something like this with the eye.

‘I had to go to hospital – then Northfield [Hospital, West London] and then neurology but thankfully it was not a long wait at A&E. I just went straight through. I am coping OK with it all. It’s fine but just disorientating.’
It comes after Gloria revealed how she was rushed to A&E by ambulance before being diagnosed with sepsis of the kidney in March.
The star said she was left ‘flattened’ and ‘drained of all energy’ following the ordeal earlier this year.
Gloria first underwent surgery for kidney stones, where doctors put in a stent, however after the operation she began to feel unwell.
She was then went under the knife for a second time, telling the Mirror: ‘The last thing [Doctors] said before I went to theatre was: “When I take this stent out you are going to feel so much better.
‘But the next thing I knew coming out of the anesthetic, was a nurse saying to me, “Don’t worry, don’t panic but we are having to transfer you by ambulance to a different hospital because we can’t get your blood pressure up”.’
Gloria was then sent to a nearby A&E in Maidstone, Kent where doctors informed her she had sepsis of the kidney.
Sepsis occurs when the body reacts to an infection by attacking its own organs and tissues. Around 44,000 people die from sepsis every year in the UK. Worldwide, someone dies from the condition every 3.5 seconds.

She revealed her relief that the disease had not spread beyond the kidney, saying: ‘I guess that’s why I felt so awful and it did flatten me for a while.’
Despite doctors saying it could take six months to return to normality, Gloria was back at work within weeks.
The host, who fronts Loose Women and BBC’s Rip Of Britain went on to tell the publication she is now back to ‘98%’ health.
