Khan Porter has showed off his remarkable body transformation for his role on Gladiators.
The hunk, who plays Gladiator Spartan on the Channel Ten reboot, took to Instagram on Tuesday with before and after images of his physique.
In the after picture, Porter’s shredded abdominals were on full display, and the difference in muscle definition in his arms and shoulders was clear.
‘These pics are before and after a month working with @the_sportsdietitian and safe to say I’m happy with the way I’m tracking,’ the TV star captioned the post.
The post comes after Khan’s co-star Jett Kenny injured himself during his first night competing on the reboot.

The model son of Lisa Curry, who is performing under the moniker Viking, hurt his shoulder during a challenge and was checked by medics during Tuesday’s episode.
The 30-year-old was left writing in pain on the mat after being tackled during a game of Powerball.
The accident occurred when Jett attempted to throw his opponent to the ground, but caught himself with his left arm.
He was rushed off the set where he was given a green whistle painkiller, and it was revealed that Jett would not return to the show this episode.

‘Viking is now with the paramedics and we’ll keep you updated on his condition,’ the announcer revealed.
‘Viking’s okay. He won’t be back tonight, but he will be back later in the series,’ the hosts revealed.
