Gisele Bundchen broke down in tears as she reflected on her divorce from Tom Brady in a candid new interview.
The supermodel, 43 – who was recently spotted kissing jitsu instructor boyfriend Joaquim Valente – teared up in a teaser for her chat with Robin Roberts on IMPACT x Nightline: Gisele Bündchen: Climbing the Mountain.
Bundchen started dating the football star, 46, in 2007 and was with him for more than a decade before they confirmed they were divorcing in October 2022. They share two children Benjamin, 14, and Vivian, 11.
The fashion icon became visibly emotional when Roberts mentioned the star had likened her split from Brady as ‘the death of a dream’.
Roberts then asked: ‘How are you?’ with Bundchen responding: ‘Well, when you say…’ before breaking down.

She turned away from the camera and said: ‘Sorry, guys. I don’t know. Can I have a little moment?’
Roberts also asked Bundchen how she juggled co-parenting with Brady, with the star saying: ‘I think there’s easier days than others, and I can only control what I do.’
Bundchen, who has yet to speak publicly about her new romance was asked: ‘Would you] be able to open up your heart again to someone?’ with the star responding: ‘Ummm.’
She said: ‘Where my heart is now is where I am right now. I’m living my truth, and I’m not apologizing for it.’
She later said her experiences with love have made her realize ‘what I want and what I don’t want.’

Gisele said to have been dating Joaquim since June, with Page Six reporting they were first spotted together more than a year ago.
Rumours they were an item started to swirl in November 2022 when Joaquim was photographed on holiday with Gisele and her children in Costa Rica just two weeks after her divorce from Tom.

The pair have also enjoyed trips to their native Brazil together.
Gisele is sharing custody of her children with their dad Tom and an insider said they are still her priority over romance.
The source added: ‘It’s so hard with divorce, but the kids know they’re together now. They really like Joaquim.’
Tom meanwhile has moved on with supermodel Irina Shayk, 37.
Gisele was left devastated when her mother Vânia Nonnenmacher passed away on 28 January from cancer, with another insider telling Page Six Joaquim has been a ‘rock’ of support for the model in the midst of her ongoing grief.
A separate insider told Page Six Tom is only focusing on ‘kids and work’ at the moment, adding: ‘Anything that says he wants to get married again is just made up.’

‘Gisele’s in a great space. She is happy and very much enjoying life. Joaquim is perfect for her.’
