She already owns three Florida homes, but the Daily Mail can reveal Gisele Bündchen has splashed the cash again – on a stunning six-bedroom house next door to the one she currently lives in.
The blonde model’s swanky new pad is in Miami’s ritzy Surfside neighborhood and is worth a cool $14.5million.
Photos exclusively obtained by the Daily Mail show the spacious property boasts manicured grounds dotted with palm trees, a large pool and its own boat dock that juts out into Biscayne Bay.
According to a recent property listing, the palatial villa also has six bathrooms, ‘top-of-the-line’ appliances and a private spa – making it perfect for the ‘ultimate coastal lifestyle’.
Bündchen, 45, has lived in the Surfside neighborhood for years while Brady lives just across Biscayne Bay on Indian Creek Island – nicknamed the ‘Billionaire Bunker’ thanks to its high-rolling residents like Amazon boss Jeff Bezos.
Along with Brady, 48, her other neighbors include Jared Kushner and Ivanka Trump, who were seen having lunch with the supermodel on a yacht in Miami in September.

Gisele and Ivanka also share a gym as well as a neighborhood, with both choosing to train with Gisele’s Costa Rican ju-jitsu trainer boyfriend, Joaquim Valente.
Valente, 38, has been spotted repeatedly at the flash new pad in recent weeks, as well as at the couple’s sprawling $9million ranch in Southwest Ranches, a rural town 15 miles south of Fort Lauderdale.
The handsome trainer and his model girlfriend have been together since November 2022, when they were first pictured holidaying in the Costa Rican coastal area of Provincia de Puntarenas.
They made their romance official in June 2023 and welcomed a baby son in February this year.
The baby is Gisele’s third child, with the model already a mom to two children – Vivian Lake, 11, and Benjamin Rein, 15 – with NFL GOAT Brady, and was the stepmom of Brady’s first son, John, 18, from a previous relationship with actress Bridget Moynahan
Bundchen divorced Brady in 2022 and told Vanity Fair the following year that they had grown apart.

Bündchen said that as time passed, she and Brady realized they ‘just wanted different things,’ and in turn, were faced with a difficult ‘choice to make.’
She added of Brady: ‘That doesn’t mean you don’t love the person.’
The model has remained close to her famous ex since the split, but reportedly felt she had ‘lived in his shadow’ for a long time and is loving her ‘new chapter’ with Valente.
The source also told Page Six: ‘Gisele and Joaquim were not planning to have a child together.
‘This was unexpected. Joaquim has always wanted a family, so she is happy to be able to give this to him.’

Like his ex, Brady is no stranger to a big bucks property purchase and owns a $17million mansion in the same Miami neighborhood as Gisele.
On top of that, he also owns a lavish custom-built home in Los Angeles’ upscale Brentwood suburb, where his neighbors include failed presidential candidate Kamala Harris and basketball superstar LeBron James.
The 14,000sqft property boasts a vast master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, its own wine cellar and a gorgeous rectangular pool set in landscaped gardens.
Other features include an outdoor ‘bar-lounge’ and a massive marble kitchen that comes with a huge white marble island for Brady to eat at.
