Giovanna Fletcher has advised Kelly Brook to go in the jungle shower naked as she revealed a ‘hack’ that doesn’t get shown on TV screens – but there’s one reason why the star will ignore her advice.Â
The glamour model, 46, who entered the Australian jungle earlier this month, was the first campmate to try out the shower, and she did not disappoint, as she slipped into a low-cut swimsuit with a palm leaf design.Â
However, Giovanna, 40, who won the hit ITV show in 2020, believes that Kelly should shower in the buff if she ever wants to stop the scenes from being aired.Â
She told The Sun: ‘Because our year was in Wales, it was very, very different. They would turn the cameras away sometimes. A lot of women knew quite early on that if they showered nude, they would pan away.
She continued: ‘They won’t show it. So the biggest tip is shower naked, they can’t use it anyway.
The actress also admitted that she feels slight ‘shame’ that in 2025 bikini shots in the jungle shower are still being raved about as she declared ‘that’s not what I’m A Celeb’s about.’

She added: ‘I feel a bit of a shame that – it’s 2025 – why are we doing bikini shots and making it about that – that’s not what I’m A Celeb’s about, I don’t think anyway. I just think it’s a shame, that’s where we are.’
Giovanna also added that a woman should be able to go in the shower without having to worry about what they might look like on screen, as she shared her top tip – stripping off completely.Â
However, Kelly appears to have a different idea in mind, as she previously admitted that she was taking her role as a ‘pin-up’ signing very seriously and had even got her bikinis screen tested. Â
Ahead of her jungle stint, the presenter told the Mail on Sunday: ‘I’ve got loads of different brands. I’ve got lots of different bikinis with me, so we haven’t actually selected the ones I’m going to be wearing in the jungle yet.
‘They’ve all gone off to wardrobe to get tested on camera, so they’ll decide for me.’
In the nineties, she graced the cover of men’s magazines as a young glamour model before going on to forge a lucrative career as a presenter.
Although she made a name for herself as a ‘Page Three’ model in the tabloids, she warned ITV viewers: ‘I’m not a 20-year-old bikini model anymore.
‘You know, life changes and your body changes, and I just hope people are accepting of me and how I look now and not comparing me to how I used to look.’

She also hopes to follow in the footsteps of fellow presenter, Myleene Klass, who got tongues wagging after wearing a flattering white bikini in the Jungle shower during her 2006 stint on the show (pictured)
Kelly said she was planning to follow in the footsteps of fellow presenter, Myleene Klass, who got tongues wagging after wearing a flattering white bikini in the Jungle shower during her 2006 stint on the show.
The moment is ingrained in I’m A Celebrity history, and it’s widely believed the move helped Myleene, 47, win runner-up on the show, so many celebrities have tried to replicate the effect.
Revealing she had spoken to Myleene ahead of her Jungle stint, the radio host said: ‘Myleene did talk to me about the shower.’
Kelly continued: ‘She said that when she arrived, she actually had to run out and get a bikini. So I made sure that I packed plenty of swimsuits, so we had loads of options.
‘But, that white bikini that she wore, that iconic scene of her in the shower looking incredible, that was not a pre-planned thing.’
‘I think it would be very difficult to try and recreate something like that, that was fate that was meant to be, and that was her moment.’
