Jessica Biel’s celebrity personal trainer has revealed the simple tips and tricks she does in order to maintain her jaw-dropping figure.
The Hollywood actress, 43, sent fans into a meltdown when she rocked a backless white dress in her new movie The Better Sister.
It got everyone wondering how the movie star – wife of Justin Timberlake – stays in shape in between her busy schedules and motherhood.
Jessica, who founded her own health and wellness company KinderFarms in 2021, regularly works out with her celebrity trainer Aimee Victoria Long and restricts fast food from her diet.
She also largely focuses on her nutrition, making sure she includes lean meats such as chicken and fish on her plate along with lots of fruits and veggies which are grown in her own home garden.

Jessica’s workout routine
Jessica’s celebrity trainer Aimee trains high-profile clients like Bridgeton star India Amarteifio.
Speaking to Bella about Jessica’s typical workout regime, Aimee revealed: ‘Her routine is clever because it targets the posterior chain – the glutes, hamstrings and lower back. These are vital for posture, power and injury prevention.’
‘It’s not about looking like Jessica on screen, but about building resilience, power and confidence in your own body.’
For those who want to kickstart their health and fitness journey, Aimee recommends starting out slowly instead of jumping straight into a Hollywood A-list’s routine.
She added: ‘Start small and prioritise form… consistency always beats intensity in the beginning.’
Jessica admitted in July that even she has trouble maintaining her fit 5ft7in figure while demonstrating the lower body workout crafted by her fitness trainers Ashley Brown and Ben Bruno.

‘That peak shape in the show is not maintainable unless you are living the strictest, most rigid lifestyle with your nutrition and fitness, which I cannot do. I’m currently back on my plan to get a little bit back towards that shape’, Jessica said in July
The Emmy nominee was responding to a fan who complimented how toned and taut her body looked while wearing the $1,190 white Proenza Schouler ‘Selena Twist Back Crepe’ dress in her new Prime Video series, The Better Sister.
‘Everyone is talking…about the white dress and how do we stay strong as we get older. Specifically, as women, how do we keep our back strong?’ Jessica – who boasts 19.3M social media followers – told TikTok last Thursday.
‘That peak shape in the show is not maintainable unless you are living the strictest, most rigid lifestyle with your nutrition and fitness, which I cannot do. I’m currently back on my plan to get a little bit back towards that shape.’
Jessica proceeded to perform several sets of hip thrusts, Romanian deadlifts, hamstring curls, goblet step through lunges, cable med glute kickbacks, and kettlebell deadbugs in the gym.
‘I’m tired. My body’s not 20 years old anymore, you know? So I’m adjusting my workout to what I need to do,’ the Fatal Destination producer-narrator admitted.
‘You’ve got to build muscle. That’s a key part of my particular routine. And a ton of flexibility. I hope it wasn’t totally boring. Thanks for checking it out. Let’s get older and stronger together!’
What she eats day to day

Jessica, who shared a glimpse of what she eats in a day with The Los Angeles Times in 2017, avoids wheat and dairy, explaining, ‘My digestion is better, I feel better, I have more energy… I just try to eat really healthy.
She includes lean meats such as chicken and fish on her plate along with lots of fruits and veggies which are grown in her own home garden.
Her concern for what she and her family were putting in their bodies evolved into her to co-found KinderFarms.
The wellness company offers cough, cold, pain and fever medicines, as well as electrolyte solutions and supplements, made without artificial filler, colors or added sugars.
‘I just really believe in the products, and I really trust what’s in them,’ she said of the kid friendly products that adults are encouraged to use as well.
‘And for me, I want to help my immune system the best I possibly can. And I don’t want to put a bunch of junk in there.
‘I don’t want to put stuff in that I cannot pronounce,’ she explained.
‘That’s my new rule: I don’t know what this crazy word is. I am not [putting] this word in my body or my kid’s body, you know?’
Restricts fast food
She also largely focuses on her nutrition, avoiding fast food, and instead making sure she includes lean meats such as chicken and fish on her plate along with lots of fruits and veggies which are grown in her own home garden
Jessica is very strict when it comes to fast food, and when her kids ask for it, she just says no.
While discussing her business with Parade, she explained why she has a strict rule with her kids Silas, 10, and Phineas, four, when it comes to drive-throughs.
‘I’m like, “Sorry, guys, I’m not doing it.” They don’t get McDonald’s,’ she told the outlet. She shares her sons with husband Justin, 44.
‘I just feel like I don’t know what’s going on with [the] quality of that food. It’s stuff like that that I’m like, “No, we’re not.”
‘Let’s go have a great burger and fries at a fancy place. I’d rather pay more for you to have something fancy than something like that.’
The Emmy nominee may have been referring to the ‘pink slime’ once present in McDonald’s hamburgers. The product made from beef trimmings and treated with ammonium hydroxide was discontinued after the news became public in 2012, according to NBC News.
The Candy star said, ‘I guess I’m not crazy, rigid and strict, but that would be something that, if they asked me for, I would just be like, “Next! Next place. Next down the line!”‘
Interestingly, Justin was paid $6million in 2003 for singing the McDonald’s ‘I’m Lovin’ It’ jingle, which he later said he regretted.
