Geri Halliwell-Horner gave Kim Kardashian her own Spice Girls name shortly after the SKIMS founder claimed that she was previously asked to fill in for Victoria Beckham.
The Wannabe hitmaker, 51, chose a special name for the reality star – who recently celebrated her 43rd birthday – during an interview with E! News while promoting her book titled: Rose Frost And The Falcon Queen.
‘She deserves something really good,’ the songstress expressed while thinking what kind of name to give Kardashian.
‘She deserves something like Inner Strength Spice. I think she’s Smart Spice. She’s smart. It’s brilliant that you’re beautiful from the outside, but also she’s beautiful with a book in her back pocket.’
Halliwell further gushed about the TV personality and added, ‘I love that. We can be all things. Good for her!’

The performer continued, ‘She’s smart. She’s really been inspiring the way she’s turned that business around and also for women to celebrate your curves. I really like that about her.’
The Spice Girls is a British girls group that was formed in 1994 – and included members Halliwell (Ginger Spice), Victoria Beckham (Posh Spice), Melanie Brown (Scary Spice), Emma Bunton (Baby Spice), and Melanie Chisholm (Sporty Spice).
The group is known for releasing hits such as Wannabe (1996) – which helped skyrocket their career in the industry – as well as 2 Become 1 (1996) and Viva Forever (1997).
Amid the success, a Spice Girls feature film titled, Spice World, was released in theaters and became a box office success. However, in 2000, the group went on a hiatus while members focused on their own solo careers.
The performers reunited from 2007 to 2008 for the Return Of The Spice Girls Tour, and once again for the 2012 Summer Olympics in London.
In 2019, the group came together once again to embark on a Spice World Tour – but Beckham did not join.
On a recent episode of The Kardashians that aired earlier last week on Hulu, Kim claimed that she had been asked to fill in for Victoria, also known as Posh Spice, on a tour with the group.

Dressed to impress: Kim has been open about being a huge fan of the girls group, and back in 2020, uploaded a snap with her sisters which she captioned as ‘Spice Girls’
‘They asked me if I would be her part. Mel C asked me,’ the reality star expressed to a few close pals while at a soccer game with daughter North in London.
She further recalled, ‘Can you imagine? North is like, “Do it, mom!” And later in a confessional, the star added, ‘Sporty Spice wrote a book and she signed it inside and she sent it to me.’
‘It said they were going on tour and they needed a Posh and would I be the Posh? I am sure she was joking but when I was in high school would I ever have thought that this was like a thing?’
‘I am just a girl from high school who loves the Spice Girls and now they are asking me?’ the businesswoman added.

During an interview with The Guardian last month in September, Geri opened up about being a Spice Girl and the group’s affect on fans and audiences over the years.
‘The Spice Girls doesn’t belong to the five of us – the band is everyone’s. We were a voice for the voiceless; expressing how so many people felt,’ she stated.
‘Whether you were five, 15 or 25, through us people saw that they could be themselves. Yes, the music became a soundtrack to a time. But it went beyond – it was a movement.’
