Her comments were exposed during Sunday night’s dramatic PDA Awards, with her secret flirting being shown to her fellow Islanders in a clip.
Georgia took a heartbroken Callum for a chat by the fire pit during Monday’s episode, when she tried to insist that she liked him as a much as Toby, despite being seen saying the opposite during the PDA Awards.
Callum said: ‘The only thing I’ve said to you in the process is to be honest with me. If you just let me know these things.
‘It’s so confusing and it’s actually really hurt me. I’m not going to get in the way of you and Toby.’
