According to a well-placed source, the pair were recently spotted looking cosy at the Melbourne premiere of Disclosure Day at Crown.
One catty insider remarked that Lee hasn't looked this happy in years.
'Anyone who knows Lee can see there's a spring in his step again,' added the source.

Brooke, 33, who splits her time between Melbourne, Sydney, and New York, is said to have become a regular presence in Lee's life in recent months.
The blonde was once a professional ballerina, performing across Australia and Germany. She retired shortly before the pandemic.

She graduated from The Australian Ballet School in 2012 and moved to Germany for two years before returning home in 2016.
Brooke spent three years working in sales at Zimmermann before pivoting to an influencer career in 2019, following her entry into the Miss Universe Australia pageant.
Since then, she has worked as a model and ambassador for brands such as Bulgari, Aje, Oroton, Sandro, Maje, Louis Vuitton and Dolce & Gabbana.
She has also worked with Mecca, Penfolds, Range Rover, New Balance, Lancôme and Chadstone.

Brooke was previously married to Brenton Perry, a product manager for jobs website Seek. He is now travelling across Peru.

'Shutting his clothing business down and selling his Brighton home. Plus the separating of assets with Georgia.
'But Brooke seems grounded and supportive. The people around him are thrilled to see him smiling again.'
Whether the pair choose to publicly define their relationship remains to be seen, but those closest to Lee believe this new romance could be exactly what he needs.
When the Daily Mail contacted Brooke for comment on Tuesday, she played coy and did not confirm or deny whether she was dating Lee.

Georgia took to social media with a candid post farewelling a year she described as incredibly tough. Sharing a carousel of recent, happier moments, she didn't shy away from the challenges in the caption.
'I wasn't going to post a 2025 recap because it was the hardest year of my life... I just wanted to move on to the new one,' she said.
By contrast, Lee appeared to be embracing the start of the new year with ease.

The contrast with Georgia couldn't have been clearer; while she reflected on heartbreak and resilience, Lee projected relaxation and optimism for the year ahead.
Despite the split, the pair seem to have remained friends.
Just last week, Georgia announced her new gig as news presenter on Gold FM's The Long Weekend with Karl Stefanovic and Eddie McGuire.
