Georgia Harrison has revealed how a trip to a solo spiritual retreat in Costa Rica left her feeling more motivated than ever as she continues to heal from past traumas.
The reality star was a victim of revenge porn in 2020 after her ex-boyfriend Stephen Bear uploaded CCTV footage of them having sex to a subscription website.
Bear is currently serving a 21-month prison sentence after being found guilty of voyeurism and two counts of disclosing private, sexual photos and films.
And three years after the incident, 28-year-old Georgia is feeling more spiritually enlightened than ever and is finding peace with her past.
Speaking exclusively to MailOnline at the ITV Palooza, Georgia explained: ‘I just feel absolutely elevated within consciousness. I feel like I’ve been within such a good energy of people, and I’m just ready to absolutely smash it.’

‘I do a lot of retreats, they are normally more fitness vibes, but this was obviously just a spiritual one.’
Imparting what she’s learnt on her spiritual journey, Georgia revealed her advice to any young girls would be to remember there are no mistakes in nature and to understand that every that happens to you is meant to be.
‘My advice to any young girls would just be there are absolutely no mistakes within nature.
‘Like if there was any mistakes within nature, then the ecosystem wouldn’t exist. We are part of nature, and there are absolutely no mistakes in any part of our lives.
‘Anything we’re doing within this moment right now is correct for our consciousness and we are just an unfolding beautiful being just like any rose or any part of nature.
‘We’re unfolding exactly as we’re meant to be right now and whenever you look in 10, 20 years, you’re going to understand exactly why you were in the space that you are.
‘So never question where you are, just enjoy it, make peace with it and just know you are supported by the universe and you are where you are supposed to be.’
Asked if that’s how she feels now after a difficult period in her life, the star replied: ‘Yeah 100%.’

During the run up to Georgia’s court case, the star also lost two incredibly close friends after both her school friend Cenk Fahri and ex-boyfriend Jake McLean tragically passed away.
Georgia released her memoir Taking Back My Power last month and she revealed that the writing process was ‘tough’ but helped her deal with the grief.
‘It was like incredibly up and down. It’s really hard to have to discuss some of the hardest things you’ve been through but I think that’s a form of therapy in itself.
‘So I actually found it very therapeutic and I found it to be a real way of honouring those that are no longer here and also honouring my own journey that I’ve been on in the last couple of years.
‘I was just so proud of it. But I’d be lying if i said it wasn’t tough.’
Georgia also revealed she will be back on our television screens very soon.
While she can’t announce details yet she added: ‘Everyone’s going to be very proud of what I’ve achieved.’
