He’s no stranger to a cosmetic enhancement or tweak.
And Geordie Shore star Nathan Henry has undergone a slightly less common procedure as he took to Instagram to share an update after undergoing a penis enhancement.
The reality star, 33, had the P-Shot medical treatment at the Serene Cosmetic clinic last December and took to social media to speak about his results eight weeks later.
The non-surgical treatment involves a few small injections of blood into specific areas of the penis to help improve blood circulation and therefore increase the sensation during orgasm.
He began: ‘I think it’s about eight weeks ago now. The results have been amazing, I am actually shocked.’
He joked: ‘I am trying to word this without being dirty but when you have sex and then you reach the end goal the feeling lasts longer than your average two or three seconds.

‘It lasts longer and is more sensitive which makes the all round sensation much better.’
Explaining the non-surgical procedure he continued: ‘It’s your blood that has been span with your plasma, it’s not chemicals, it’s nothing like that it’s literally from you.
‘So that’s why I went for this because it is something safe. The size has increased, the girth has increased.
‘The overall sensation is better all round. I am actually happy with the results and if you are thinking about it then definitely book in for a consultation.’
Nathan also shared a video from the initial procedure as he teamed up with Nurse Alan back in December.
The medical professional explained to Nathan: ‘So what we are going to do, we are going to take some blood and then we are going to spin it and just a few little injections to create…’ as Nathan teased: ‘My nice new penis.’
Speaking after the treatment afterwards the star told fans: ‘I’m not gonna lie the thought of it at first was a lot scarier than what it was, but it was fast.
‘It felt like a tiny little flick on the inside but painless so I am happy now. And if you are actually worried guys like me, don’t be, he’s got stress balls that can help you!’

The following year he opted for more jawline fillers to ‘chisel’ his features and proudly showed off the look.
Predicting backlash he told his followers: ‘Before you self entitled keyboard warriors come forward; I chose to do this because I, ME yes me, because it’s my face and my body, didn’t like how round my Malteser head was.’
