General Hospital star Adrian Anchondo announced this week that he is romantically involved with Colton Little of Days of Our Lives fame.
Anchondo, 42, posted a steamy Instagram album one day before New Year’s Eve showing the couple’s holiday escapades in Florida and Puerto Rico.
Little, 36, was prominently featured in the suite of images, which showed the two men flaunting their chiseled physiques as they cuddled up shirtless to one another.
One playful video showed Anchondo performing a pole dance around a flagpole, with Little apparently audible giggling from behind the camera.
They could also be glimpsed sheltering together from a downpour, standing close to each other beneath an awning as rain battered down inches away.
‘This Christmas made my heart pop,’ Anchondo wrote in the caption of his heartwarming Instagram post. ‘Thank you Puerto Rico and Florida.’

He swung by his Insta Stories on New Year’s Day and posted a photo of him hugging and kissing Little on the dance floor the previous midnight as 2026 began.Â
Shortly thereafter, Little posted the same clip to his own Insta Stories, affectionately adding the caption: ‘Magic @ Midnight with the sweetest boy.’Â
Little has been on Days of Our Lives since 2023, while Achondo first landed his current soap opera role on General Hospital early last year.
Anchondo features on his show as Marco Rios, the son of Sidwell (Carlo Rota) and Natalia (Eva LaRue) and the love interest of Dr. Lucas Jones (Van Hansis).
Meanwhile, fans of Days of Our Lives know Little as Andrew Donovan, who on a recent episode married Paul Narita (Christopher Sean).
When he was hired for General Hospital, Anchondo reached out to Little for advice, which is how the pair of them got to know one another.
‘We knew of each other through mutual friends; so I knew of him for a long time,’ Anchondo explained in an interview with writer and actor Michael Fairman.
‘I started asking Colton about what his experience was like on soaps and asked about SAG health insurance, etc. We met up one night and were hooked from then on.’

Anchondo also glancingly referred to his blossoming romance in an Instagram post on New Year’s Day, reflecting on the 12 months that had just passed.
‘Looking back at one of the most important years of my life. From getting my Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, to fulfilling a dream of working as a regular on a tv show,’ the actor wrote in his caption.
‘I traveled the world, I lost people I’ve loved and found new love, battled my depression and anxiety, and pushed myself further than I thought possible.’
He shared that he was ‘proud of myself’ and felt ‘so ready for what this next year will bring. Sharing my photos and videos to all of you, including some of my work on GH since it shaped so much of this year. Love to you all.’
