She has been modelling since she was 16 after making her runway debut during Paris Fashion Week in 2024 for Miu Miu's Spring/Summer show.
This was despite her 'overprotective' dad allegedly wanting her to hold off from entering the fashion industry until she's older.
Following this, she landed a major campaign for watchmaker Omega and a three-month campaign with Miu Miu.
Most recently, Dior creative director Jonathan Anderson chose the Nashville-born model to walk in his debut womenswear show and appear in his first coed campaign.
She also presented him with the Designer of the Year prize at the British Fashion Awards.
This week, Sunday showed off her strut at the Calvin Klein Fall 2026 show over the weekend, but critics were quick to call out her technique on the catwalk, accusing her of 'stomping' her way around the fashion circuit.
The teen wore an oversized beige trench coat with large brown leather lapels, worn over a buttoned-up shirt, as she walked the runway.
The look was paired with white gloves, a brown clutch and heeled slouchy brown leather boots, with her hair left out but pulled back off her face.
Mum Nicole was endlessly proud of the teen as she reshared a video of her daughter walking during the show to Instagram, writing: 'New York Baby.'
But others weren't so sure, accusing the teen of only being hired due to her famous parents.

Liev parted ways with Naomi in 2016 after 11 years, but the two remain committed parents who have supported Kai, who is transgender.
Since making her debut in Valentino's fall 2025 show, the rising star has walked for brands including Celine, Calvin Klein, Fendi and Mugler.
She was cited as one of the breakout faces of the spring 2026 season by Models.com, alongside Lennon Sorrenti, the daughter of fashion photographers Vanina Sorrenti and Cedric Buchet.
Kai previously said she had struggled 'with gender identity from a young age' and 'always wanted to grow up and be a beautiful, glamorous, influential woman, like Marilyn Monroe.
The daughter of the Ray Donovan star and two-time Oscar nominee, named figures she found inspirational 'as a young trans girl' navigating life through turbulent times for the community.
'I'm always going to look up to the older generation of transgender people, especially in fashion,' Kai told the magazine.
'People like Alex Consani, Hunter Schafer, Hari Nef, Dara, Richie Shazam, Colin Jones, and so many more,' Kai said.
'It's so great that there's a strong community of us in the fashion world; it's really a doll takeover.'

'That job made me realise, 'OK, this is what I want to do. I want to be a supermodel.' Period.'

Leni Klum, 21, is the daughter of supermodel Heidi Klum and businessman Flavio Briatore.
Heidi split from her father before she was born, but she was adopted by singer-songwriter Seal soon after he and Heidi wed.
Leni first stepped into the world of modelling in 2020, at age 16, when she posed for the cover of Vogue Germany magazine with her supermodel mom.
'I'm so proud of you. And not because you chose this path,' Heidi gushed on Instagram at the time.
'I know that no matter which way you go, it will be your own. You always know exactly what you want and what you don't want.
'You are not a mini-me. And I'm happy for you that you can now show who YOU are.
'You are a self-confident young woman who fights for her goals. And even more important: you are a really great person with your heart in the right place.'
Leni then landed her first solo cover for Glamour Germany in April 2021 - which was monumental to the teen, since her mum was Glamour Germany's first ever cover model years earlier.
Over the years, she went on to pose for a slew of big brands like Dior Beauty, Michael Kors, GHD, and Karl Lagerfeld, as well as popular publications including InStyle, Elle, Flaunt Magazine, and Super Magazine.

The pair split in November 2003, but have remained close friends and co-parents, with Jefferson later attending her wedding to Jamie Hince in 2011.
Lila has followed in Kate's footsteps by entering the world of modelling and between them, the pair have walked for most of fashion's biggest names, including Fendi, Miu Miu and Yves Saint Laurent.
Although shorter than most models, at 5ft 6in, Lila managed to win roles in advertising campaigns for Miu Miu, Pepe Jeans and Marc Jacobs Beauty – but her career has been plagued by accusations of nepotism.
Regardless, the young model insists her decision to enter the modelling industry hasn't always been influenced by her mother.
'I don’t know that my mum expected me to go into fashion, really,' she told British Vogue in 2023. 'I’m quite shy, like her – but she’s fully supported every decision I've made. She hasn’t helped me with my walk, though.
'She's like, "You just have to feel it. I don’t know what I do. I just do it!" I'm like, "Cool – off to practice some more, then…"'
