Now, after , Gemma has taken to Her Best Life podcast to reveal she went offline because she had suffered a miscarriage and was grieving the loss of her baby amid a slew of online 'abuse'.
'I actually wrote down what I wanted to say about this because I do feel like I'm probably not the sharpest right now with how I'm feeling,' she said in the most recent episode of her podcast, which dropped at midnight on Tuesday.
'I know you might have seen the media coverage about me recently because there have been a series of stories that have been written that are pretty hurtful and in many parts inaccurate.
'I need to be clear here that there are legal reasons why I can't go into detail which is why I haven't and it's also why I won't.'

'What I will say is I stand by my integrity, I stand by my work, and I stand by how I conducted myself in business over my career,' she continued.
'What's been particularly hard is seeing assumptions being made about things, like about me apparently going quiet, but the reality was I was receiving a level of online abuse that was quite frankly disgusting and felt very scary.
'So, I made the decision to step back from my personal Instagram to protect my mental health while I was pregnant.'
It was at this point that Gemma became emotional as she struggled to as she revealed she had recently suffered a miscarriage.
'Since then, I've been going through something very personal with the loss of a baby. None of that has anything to do with me having something to hide,' she said.
'It was about me taking care of myself during a very difficult moment.'
Gemma went on to say she would not be speaking further on the public scrutiny she has received since being at the centre of the media storm surrounding ARN's cancellation of The Kyle & Jackie O Show.
'As I mentioned earlier, on a personal note, given I'm a bit full of grief right now, I'm going to take a little break from the podcast, which I really hope you guys can understand,' she added.

Her talent management agency, Gemmie Agency, went into voluntary liquidation in November and is now in the hands of administrators.
The firm owes $543,548 to the Australian Taxation Office, with another $3,300 owed to small business Jack Lawrence Accountants and Advisors, reported News.com.au.
On February 20, Gemma reportedly informed administrators from Grant Thornton Australia that she couldn't make any repayment contributions, noting she has no available personal savings, limited income, and had failed to refinance her beachside apartment in Sydney.
However, the Daily Mail recently revealed Gemma had purchased a three-bedroom home in NSW's Southern Highlands for the price of $1.025million late last year.
In the February 4 episode of the Her Best Life podcast, Jackie revealed Gemma had purchased a country-style cottage 'down south' in 2025.
Property records, seen by Daily Mail, showed she purchased the three-bedroom Fitzroy Falls home on October 3 - seven weeks before her talent agency was liquidated - with the sale later settled on December 17.
Gemma also renovated another Sydney property into a short‑term stay, recently advertised for $1,800 a night on Booking.com for the Easter break.
