Gemma Collins has declared she’ll never be thin as she opened up about how weight loss injections have changed her life.
The TV personality, 44, first revealed in January that she’d been using NHS-approved Mounjaro injections, stunning fans with her impressive two-stone weight loss at the time.
Now, the former TOWIE star says she only eats one meal a day, but insists she’s not giving up her famous curves anytime soon.
Speaking to The Sun, Gemma said: ‘Nothing against skinny people, but I don’t ever want to be thin.
She continued: ‘Darling, I became most famous being who I am.
‘If I got stick thin overnight, it would kill my brand, my endorsements, and it wouldn’t be me.’

The former TOWIE star added that she now embraces her natural body size, loves her hips and curves, and has no plans to change that for anyone.
Speaking at the launch of Paddy Power and The Hippodrome Casino’s Paddy’s Sportsbook on Wednesday, Gemma also opened up about the pressures of being slim in the public eye.
Having struggled with her weight since being diagnosed with polycystic ovary syndrome at the age of 28, Gemma previously weighed over 23 stone and wore a size 26 at her heaviest.
She began using NHS-approved weight loss injections in November 2024 and, while she prefers to keep her current weight private, it’s reported that the star has now shed more than three stone.
At the launch event, Gemma revealed that the injections have completely transformed her relationship with food, adding that she’s now more focused on her overall health than just her appearance.
She admitted that for her, the injections have been about breaking the cycle of food obsession, explaining that she used to ‘fantasise’ about food all day, but now it’s no longer a dominant part of her life.
Gemma also revealed that she now only eats one meal a day and avoids snacking, although she will eat if she feels hungry.
The reality star acknowledged that weight loss injections aren’t for everyone, but said they have made a huge difference to her personally.

Earlier this year, Gemma revealed she had gone from a size 26 to a size 20 in just three months since starting weight-loss injections.
While Gemma has been proudly displaying the results of her weight loss, she was recently left horrified after discovering one unlikely side effect of the jabs.
Gemma has been left concerned that her weight loss has left her ‘looking older’ as she shared a candid Instagram post earlier this year, pointing out her ‘next level’ crow’s feet.
She said: ‘I really don’t know what’s happened to me, I really don’t, it’s just come on me overnight. But it has been a year since I’ve had any little tweakments.
‘I don’t know if it’s since I’ve been losing weight. I sure haven’t got “Ozempic face” yet, but it would be the dream right now.
‘I’ve always had a fuller face, as you know. I do like expression around my eyes. I want to look natural still. But this just isn’t right. What has happened? I am 44, but this is taking it to levels that I never, ever imagined it’d get to.’
‘Ozempic face’ is used to describe noticeable facial changes, such as sagging skin and a gaunt appearance, that can occur after rapid weight loss, often associated with the use of medications like Ozempic.
Meanwhile, a source told The Mirror that while Gemma was poking fun at the situation, she was in reality very concerned.
‘She’s eating really healthily and has broken some of the bad habits with food. It was a bit of a shock to her to really see the effect the weight loss has had on her face.
‘She doesn’t want to suddenly look older than she is, which is why she’s sorting it and being honest about it. Gemma’s always been really open and honest about her relationship with her body, and she’s been through some really horrible times with it, but that’s all in her past now.
‘The wrinkle tweakments are all part of her wanting to feel and look good. She knows there’s no point losing all the weight and just being unhappy, so she’ll happily make little changes to keep herself feeling her best.’
