Gary Lucy is said to be ‘desperate’ to see his daughter Bonnie who he shares with his ex-girlfriend Laura Anderson but insiders have claimed she makes it ‘difficult’.
It was recently revealed that Laura, 36, and Gary’s ex wife Natasha have bonded over their ‘shared trauma’ over dating the former Hollyoaks star.
An insider close to Gary has claimed that Laura has made it tricky for Gary to have a relationship with their daughter.
The source told the Mirror: ‘Gary would love nothing more than the kids and his parents to have a relationship with Bonnie and also have a relationship himself with his daughter…
‘But Laura has made it incredibly difficult for everybody to see Bonnie – let alone build a relationship with her.’

Laura, shares 23-month-old daughter Bonnie with Gary, 43, whom he split from during her pregnancy.
After their daughter was born the pair briefly got back together, before then parting for good.
Since then the pair have been engulfed in a war of words with the actor branding the mother of his child a ‘narcissist’ while she claimed he had not seen their daughter for several months.
The latest twist in the tale saw Laura admit Gary’s ex, who he split from in 2018 after 14-years of marriage and together share two sons and two daughters, was her ‘rock’.
Natasha reportedly saw many similarities in Laura’s situation to her own and the pair have grown close, branding the soap heartthrob a ‘worse than any baddie on TV’.
‘[Natasha] had a good idea what Gary would do because of her own experience and how traumatising it would be for Laura as she had been through it all with him.
The source told The Sun: ‘She immediately reached out to Laura and had been a rock to her ever since. The women stick together and make sure their children aren’t strangers.
‘Both women believe they have suffered and Natasha has found it hard watching how things have been unfolding for Laura. He’s a pinup and a heartthrob and a TV star etc but in real life the women think he’s worse than any baddie on TV’.

This week Laura showed her support for Natasha by sharing a snap of her and her children, she penned: ‘From one proud hard working mother to another @natasha_v_lucy.
‘We are lucky to call our beautiful babies siblings. You have been and still continue to be my rock. Bonnie and I love you all’.
It comes after Laura revealed her savage nickname for her ex Gary after he branded her a ‘narcissist’ in a recent online rant.
On Sunday, Gary furiously took to Instagram claiming Laura exploits their daughter to ‘stay relevant’.
And now Laura has responded as she took to her own Instagram Story to share what appeared to be a screenshot of her recent messages with Gary, revealing he is saved on her phone as ‘Lucifer’.
In traditional Christian theology, Lucifer is the fallen angel who rebelled against God and represents evil, the Devil, or Satan.
Laura penned: ‘I discuss problems with the Child Maintenance System in the UK…. My ex publicly calls me a Narc.’
Sharing a screenshot of the messages she continued: ‘I wake up to messages like this.’

She added: ‘Do not feel silenced by bullies. I am not the Narc.’
The messages allegedly from Gary read: ‘My goodness what a nasty little cretin you are ms Anderson…
‘Just been brought to my attention ya latest pathetic beggy posts you’ve made… this time by someone far closer to your home….
‘If only I could blink and never have to have you anywhere near me or m life again. Wish I could say Nanny Ros and grandad say hi… but they don’t… Keep up “the good work”‘.
Laura has in the past publicly accused Gary of not seeing their daughter for several months.
She has also claimed she’d been forced to miss out on work and time with the tot because ‘co-parenting and financial support didn’t exist’.
And following Laura’s latest swipe at fathers who ‘hide their income’, Gary hit back in a furious rant on Sunday.
He posted a quote which read: ‘The narcissists greatest asset for leverage is a child. Children of narcissists are collateral damage in their game of control’.
Before adding: ‘Don’t forget… exploiting the child for financial gain on socials anything to keeps em “relevant” [sic]’.
It comes just days after Laura took to her own Stories with a post which read: ‘Explain this CMS ie UK Government. CMS calculation is BEFORE tax on the unemployed (some people paying 40% tax).
‘Ltd Companies (ie 1 Director) is calculated on <12k per year regardless of profit/ dividends’.
She added: ‘And nothing happens if a ‘Ltd company’ doesn’t pay (or hides their income elsewhere)’ before asking followers: ‘Is the system fair for single parents/ co parents?’.
