Sophie will play Anne whose life is changed when Kit‘s character comes back from the dead.
News of the film comes after Sophie asked a judge to dismiss a child abduction claim she had taken out against her ex-husband Joe Jonas.
Joe, 34, filed for divorce from Sophie in September 2023 and their battle over custody of daughters Willa, three, and Delphine, 17 months, made headlines worldwide.
The exes were previously engaged in significant conflict over where their children would live.
Sophie claimed Joe prevented them from traveling to the UK with her by withholding the kids’ passports.
Sophie and Joe began dating in 2016. They got engaged in 2017 and had a shotgun wedding in May 2019 before marrying properly a month later.
Meanwhile, Kit has been overcoming an alcohol addiction which left him suicidal, leaning on his wife of six years Rose Leslie, who also appeared in Game Of Thrones.
His issues came to a head after GOT concluded in 2019 and he checked into a Privé-Swiss retreat in Connecticut to recover.

He is the oldest son – and heir – to Michael Pearson, the fourth Viscount Cowdray, a former film producer who controls a major portion of the Pearson media empire.
Joe has also moved on, and was seen on a romantic ski trip in Aspen, Colorado, earlier in January with the pageant queen–turned–model Stormi Bree.
