Gabrielle Union brought a special date to the Descendants: The Rise of Red premiere in Los Angeles on Wednesday evening.
The 51-year-old actress was joined by her mini-me five-year-old daughter Kaavia James Union Wade on the red carpet.
Union wore a sleeveless, navy blue mini dress with white ruffle trim and white sneakers.
And her daughter, whom she shares with NBA retiree husband Dwyane Wade, 42, matched her in a similar style.
The Bring It On star’s dark hair was arranged in a half-up, half-down style with long, wavy box braids.

Gabrielle carried an argyle patterned blue purse and she showed off her toned legs in the thigh-grazing frock.
She looked typically beautiful in a full face of flattering makeup that highlighted her features.
And she flashed her megawatt smile while posing with her little one, whose curly hair was styled in a ponytail that sat atop her head.
Union welcomed Kaavia in November 2017 via surrogate.
She is also stepmom to Wade’s children Zaire, 20, Zaya, 17, and Xavier, 10.
The two tied the knot in 2014.
Also making a fashion-forward appearance at the star-studded premiere was Rita Ora, who plays the Queen of Hearts in the musical comedy.
The 33-year-old British singer was aptly clad in a bright red gown with elegant draping at the shoulders.
The regal-looking number also boasted a thigh-high slit that bared one of her long legs.

Descendants: The Rise of Red is the fourth installment in the Descendants franchise, a Disney Channel musical fantasy film series.
In the film, which debuts on Disney+ July 12, Ora portrays the mad royal of Lewis Carroll’s iconic novels Alice’s Adventures In Wonderland and Through The Looking-Glass.
Her character is the villainous mother of the new movie’s lead character, Red, who is played by YouTuber Kylie Cantrall.
