Made in Chelsea star Miles admitted he ‘100%’ felt like he had something to prove ahead of his debut on the rink before gushing over his and partner’s ability to help bring out the real him.
Saying: ‘I don’t know if Vanessa takes it out of me or it’s just I’m feeling really comfortable, but there’s a side that I only show my mum and people who are very, very close to me,’
‘Which is kind of like the kiddie side and just having a bit of more fun and not so serious and not so ‘Miles the French boy’ who talks in French and woos women’.
Adding: ‘I really love it when I’m like that. I’m just a bit goofy and I’m just a little bit more myself’.
Miles also said he believed he was ‘progressing rapidly’ in training and could see himself as the show’s latest winner.
Meanwhile comedian Lou was also full of praise for her partner and said Brendyn had ‘exceeded all her expectations’.
Saying: ‘I quite literally am trusting him with my life so it’s lucky we really get on. He’s so fun and funny and he’s so talented.

Taking to Twitter on Wednesday, ITV revealed when viewers could expect this series to kick off as they wrote: ‘Confirmed: Dancing on Ice starts Sunday 14 January, 6.30pm on ITV and ITVX.’
The new series could be the frostiest yet as reports have recently emerged of a feud between contestant Hannah and her former S Club bandmate Rachel Stevens, who is dating skater Brendyn.
While Hannah will be competing on the show, Rachel is expected to be in the studio audience to support boyfriend Brendyn, with whom she was paired in last year’s series.

In July, Hannah was reportedly no longer on speaking terms with the rest of S Club and ‘contacted lawyers’ following her exit from the group after the shocking death of former boyfriend and bandmate Paul Cattermole.
According to The Sun the best case scenario for the producers is to try and keep the two ladies apart during live shows.
A source said: ‘Falling on the ice is going to feel warm and painless compared to the cold front that will envelop Dancing On Ice if their paths cross’.
‘The best hope is that Hannah and Rachel are kept apart. But given the series lasts for two months and they could both be in the studio at the same time, that’s not going to be easy’.
MailOnline have contacted Rachel and Hannah’s representatives for comment.
Following Hannah’s exit the remaining members – Rachel, Jo O’Meara, Jon Lee, Bradley McIntosh and Tina Barrett – decided to rename S Club 7 as merely S Club and continue as a five-piece.
This year will see host Holly Willoughby return to the show in a last minute decision made last week, after her shock exit from This Morning in October following an alleged kidnap and murder plot.
After weeks of deliberating over whether to present the ITV skating show, she signed the deal over Christmas and is said to be ‘excited’ about to getting back to work on the show that she hosted with her former friend Phillip Schofield for many years.
While Phillip Schofield isn’t returning to the show, he will be replaced by ITV favourite Stephen Mulhern, 46, who will be joining Holly, 42, for the series.
Sources at ITV say the channel’s bosses are ‘delighted’ that she will join Stephen Mulhern for the series after hoping they would be able to persuade her to stay.

An ITV insider told MailOnline: ‘Holly is a star and everyone was so very much hoping that she would decide to come back.
‘After many discussions and a lot of thought, she thought that getting some normality into her life would be a good thing.
‘There are obvious worries about going on live television, her main priority is her family, ITV have been hugely understanding and have not put any pressure on her at all.
‘They wanted to give her all of the time she needed but it has been a rough decision for her.
‘Time was ticking but the bosses were trying to remain calm.’
