‘We look forward to seeing you tonight!’
Daily Mail Australia has reached out to Festival Hall for further comment.
Fans caught beneath the debris allegedly sustained varying severity of injuries, with two ‘covered in blood’ and another left with ‘broken or fractured fingers’.
During the final track of the Bad Omens set, a confetti canon was fired into the air and appeared to dislodge a piece of the ceiling.
Footage uploaded to TikTok saw ceiling tiles collapse into the crowd below, with some fans revealing they were injured by the falling debris.
‘My friend got hit with it, soft tissue damage to her hand & maybe broken/fractured fingers. She’s (rightfully) p***ed,’ one person said.
Another fan claimed their sister had been hit, saying: ‘Luckily nothing broken but she’s very sore & needs time off work.’

One concert goer alleged ‘it was actually really bad’ as they claimed two women had been left ‘bleeding’ by the incident
‘Two girls got dragged out in front of me, one bleeding from her mouth and neck, the other from her knee,’ they said.
‘A bunch of people in the area were scrambling to get out.’
Another fan told Wall of Sound Australia they were also injured in the incident and became ‘covered in blood’ by the concert-goer standing next to them.
‘I was recording on Snapchat when it happened and my video cut as I got hit and my phone flung a metre away from me as I dropped to the ground,’ they claimed.
‘I was covered in blood from the girl next to me and she was very out of it.
‘Seems as if she was looking at the confetti and it [the debris] bounced off my hand and got her straight in the face.’
The fan went on to say they had to go to hospital to treat their injuries and get ‘a medical certificate to cover a few days off and see how it heals up’.
‘Venue people seemed to care very little but the paramedics on scene were amazing,’ they added.
Bad Omens seemed unaware of the incident while it unfolded in the crowd, as they continued out the rest of their set unimpeded and performed an encore.
