Earlier last week, a Los Angeles judge signed a protection order for both Frankie and Emilio against Francesco, making the temporary restraining order permanent for three years, via People, through April 29, 2027.
Emilio filed for a temporary restraining order back in early April, after Francesco attempted to break into his father’s home on April 5.
The order states Francesco cannot contact either Frankie or Emilio, and he cannot come within 100 yards away of both their homes and workplaces.

The original filing stated that Francesco had tried to break into his father’s property, and while waiting for authorities to arrive, Francesco, ‘repeatedly physically threatened to harm or kill” both Frankie and Emilio.
The filing added this wasm, ‘part of a pattern for the past several months’ with Francesco.
The original order also claimed Francesco is, ‘addicted to opiates,’ adding that while Frankie had been supporting him financially for years, that recently changed.
Frankie said that his support was now contingent that he enter a residential drug treatment program.
The order added that Francesco – who has appeared in films The House Bunny and Reach Me – had also destroyed his father’s property.
He also stole some personal items from his father and proceeded to sell them as well.
A representative for Valli tells DailyMail.com: ‘Frankie is saddened by these unfortunate events and appreciates that his privacy will be respected as he works out these family issues.’
According to Emilio, his brother Francesco’s behavior has become increasingly erratic as his drug use has continued and his father has tried to extricate himself from his demands, so he wants to get legal protection to keep Francesco away from himself and his father, as well as off Frankie’s property.
