Malcolm In The Middle star Frankie Muniz has been revealed as the Hollywood star set to appear on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here Australia.
The 38-year-old actor will be appearing on the series alongside Australian radio host Brittany Hockley.
The rest of the cast will be unveiled during Sunday night’s premiere.
Muniz has admitted he will have ‘no idea’ who any of his cast mates are as he doesn’t know ‘anybody’.
‘I turn on the radio, I don’t know any bands or any singers. I have officially crossed that barrier that I am so far out of pop culture that I know nobody,’ he told The Daily Telegraph.

‘I apologise in advance if I don’t know anyone but they don’t need to feel bad because I truly know nobody.’
He admitted he has been asked to appear on several seasons of the show before before he finally agreed.
‘It was always something that the schedule didn’t work and the show doesn’t air in the US so to be honest, I wasn’t quite sure exactly what it was,’ Muniz added.

The star has notably put his Hollywood career aside to focus on race car driving, and also was briefly a drummer for a band called You Hang Up from 2012 until 2014.
Muniz has faced health issues over the years, including nine concussions as well as mini-strokes which he recently revealed were migraines auras following an official diagnosis.
He has also suffered an assortment of injuries during his time as a professional race car driver, such as a broken back.
Last year, Muniz opened up about his various interests in life while talking to CNBC Make, and stated he wants ‘to live the most fulfilled life I can.’
‘I’ve always felt like I was running out of time. Even when I was a kid, I just felt like I needed to take advantage of having the opportunity to do things.’
