Fitness influencer welcomes first child and reveals her very unique name

Fitness influencer Avalon Nadfalusi has welcomed a baby daughter with her partner Adam Sullivan.

This is the first child for the glamorous Gold Coast couple who shared the happy news on social media on Tuesday.

The ecstatic new parents included a photo of their beautiful bundle of joy and revealed her unique name. 

‘Our sweet baby Rowe 5.1.26,’ Avalon wrote in the joint share on Instagram, which showed the newborn next to an announcement plaque with her name on it.

The happy couple also included a second gorgeous photo of Rowe, dressed in a white suit and a large yellow headband, cuddling a large pink toy bunny.  

A third image showed Adam holding his precious little one in his arms.

Avalon also posted a black-and-white video of the moment Rowe was welcomed into the world.

Captioning the moving clip with the words, ‘It’s just so special,’ it showed Avalon lying on her maternity bed in labour with Adam standing beside her gently stroking her shoulder.

Another scene showed Avalon holding Rowe just seconds after giving birth, and included the title ‘She’s here.’

Fitness influencer Kayla Itsines was among the couple’s many friends and followers to offer congratulations on their baby news.

‘More, more, more,’ she messaged the pair.

Entrepreneur Adrian Portelli also sent his best wishes, telling the couple: ‘Congrats, she’s adorable.’

Adam, 35, who owns online health and fitness app Evidence Based Training, and Avalon, 25, announced their romance online last January.

The pair shared that Avalon, who has 320,000 followers on Instagram, was expecting in July.

It comes after Adam made headlines early in 2025 after selling off his vast Gold Coast mansion for a whopping $12 million.

Known as Dune, the sprawling Moroccan-inspired pad boasts five bedrooms and a rooftop pool.

The fitness entrepreneur later revealed that he ‘walked away even’ in the sale after buying the home six months earlier for $11 million.

In March last year, Adam took to Instagram to announce he had bought another property in Mermaid Waters for a reported $3.1 million.
