Sharing her own tribute, Honor's younger sister Zena wrote: 'Rest in peace my beautiful big sister. You will live in all of us forever.
'A day will never not pass without you in my thoughts. I know you’re in a better place now. Love you.'
McCann raises two children, daughters Sunday, eight, from a former relationship with jailed acid attacker Arthur Collins, and Finty, two, with fiancé Lorri Haines. She is also a stepmother to Haines' son, Noah.
The TV personality recently told Daily Mail that her eldest child, who she previously described as 'camera shy,' has come out of her shell and loves 'vlogging'.
Speaking on the Pride of Britain Awards red carpet in October, she said: 'Sunday is really getting into her fashion and vlogging and we joke because I did seven years of my reality show and she was always really camera shy.

Asked how life is going away from the cameras, Ferne explained how she had 'delayed grief' but admitted she 'can't see herself away from TV' for long as she hinted at a new project.
She said: 'It feels sad and I feel like I have delayed grief because no matter who you are when you stop something, you're like no this is the right decision but now you miss that part of your life.
'But I'm pleased I did it because when one door closes, one door opens. I can't see myself away from cameras, so watch this space as I love documentaries and I'm thinking real life problems with things I've been through.'
