Celebrity Big Brother’s Fern Britton injured her head after colliding with Nikita Kuzmin during Wednesday’s chaotic task.
The housemates were put into two teams to compete against each other in Pops Off, where they had to try and burst the opposing team’s balloons.
Zeze Mills, Marisha Wallace, Bradley Riches and Fern made up the yellow team, while the red team consisted of Nikita, David Potts, Colson Smith and Louis Walsh.
When the game kicked off, Fern and Marisha ran to the bedroom and tried to hold Nikita back, but Fern ended up hitting her head on the ottoman in the middle of the room.
They were forced to pause the game as Big Brother asked someone to help Fern to the Diary Room, where she rested, was checked by a medic and then sat out the rest of the task.

Nikita was upset with himself for getting ‘too competitive’ during the game, and when Big Brother assured them Fern was fine and asked them to play on, he wasn’t keen.
Nikita said: ‘You can banish me I don’t give a s**t I’m not playing this game, it’s a stupid idea, who organises this, you are better than that.’
Big Brother responded: ‘Housemates the game got going at a frantic rate, you don’t need to play it like that, you can play it at your own pace.’
It comes after it was revealed only five housemates will make it to Friday’s final of Celebrity Big Brother as yet another shock twist was announced on Tuesday night’s episode.
Following the double eviction of Marisha Wallace and Zeze Millz, hosts Will Best and AJ Odudu revealed that despite there being six contestants left, only five would be in the final as there will be a shock eviction on Wednesday night.
The vote to save will be frozen and the celeb with the least amount of votes will be booted out two days before the grand finale.
Some viewers were less than impressed with the latest in a long line of twists this series with one tweeting: ‘So a housemate will get a back door eviction with no crowd.’
‘I love big brother I’ve watched from 2000, but this celeb version has had too many twists in it the full series was just under 3 weeks long. There wasn’t this many twists in the 6 week civilian series last year.’

Louis Walsh, David Potts, Fern Britton, Colson Smith, Bradley Riches and Nikita Kuzin remain in the competition.
Marisha Wallace and Zeze Millz became the two latest stars to exit the house during Tuesday’s double-eviction.
The pair received the least amount of public votes and left the show after viewers opted to save Fern Britton and Nikita Kuzin.
Marisha and Zeze were both cheered by the crowd as they left the iconic house and made their way to the Late & Live studio for their first interviews.
Speaking on the huge argument she had with Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu over face-to-face nominations last week, Marisha explained: ‘I didn’t know what to say in the moment. I didn’t know how to articulate it.
‘After that happened we talked about it, we were crying like babies over a teddy bear. I have trust issues and sometimes when someone is close to me I’m like, why are you close to me?
‘I was very apologetic. In the moment it wasn’t just about the nomination. I think Ekin-Su has been through a lot in her life, I think she’s been betrayed many times… I know what that feels like, to know a friend has betrayed you.’
On Monday, it was revealed that Fern, ZeZe and Marisha would be the next Housemates to face the public vote.
They were joined by Nikita , 26, who courageously stepped forward and volunteered to take the killer nomination, putting himself up for eviction, in Sunday night’s episode.
The Housemates learned during Monday’s episode that Fern, 66, ZeZe, 34, and Marisha, 38, all received the most nominations.
