Fearne Cotton’s estranged husband Jesse Wood officially confirms his new relationship with Made in Chelsea alum Gemma Gregory – a day after TV star breaks silence over their split

Fearne Cotton’s estranged husband Jesse Wood has officially confirmed his new relationship with Made in Chelsea alum Gemma Gregory.

Former model and actress Gemma, 39, posted a photo of them on her Instagram stories on Tuesday looking very loved up as Jesse hugged her outside in the sunshine.

‘Bloody love this one’ Gemma captioned it with a red love heart emoji.

The Daily Mail’s Richard Eden reported last month that Jesse, 48, son of Rolling Stones guitarist Ronnie Wood, was dating Gemma following the shock collapse of his ten-year marriage to TV presenter Fearne last December.

In February, photos emerged of Fearne, 43, kissing Elliot Hegarty, a television director ten years her senior.

Earlier this week, Fearne broke her silence on her marriage split while making an appearance on Lorraine Kelly’s ITV show.

‘It’s all very amicable and the kids are doing great. I am in a very good place,’ she said, adding she feels ‘completely recovered’ from having two tumours removed from jaw last year.

Fearne has two children with her Jesse Wood: 11-year-old son Rex and eight-year-old daughter Honey. Jesse also has two children, Arthur, 21, and Lola, 18, from a previous marriage.

Ronnie Wood’s ex-wife Jo Wood, who helped raise Jesse – he was nine when Jo and Ronnie got married – recently spoke out about his split from Fearne. ‘I was shocked actually. I didn’t expect Fearne to have a new boyfriend. And Jesse was devastated,’ she said.

‘But sometimes in life, you have to go through these things. It may be daunting at first, but every cloud has a silver lining. Nothing lasts forever. I hope Fearne will be very happy.

‘I’m sure Jesse’s going to be very happy. These things work out. Their time was up – they had to move on.’

She added Jesse is ‘doing fine’ and she’s looking forward to meeting Gemma.

‘It’s all very new – it’s right at the very beginning.’

Gemma is the London-born daughter of actor Paul Gregory, and was previously romantically linked to Nicholas Knatchbull, son and heir of Earl Mountbatten.

Her past boyfriends include Henry Brett, a captain of the England polo team. A friend of Made In Chelsea star Hugo Taylor since they were 13, she appeared in the London-based reality TV series in 2012. She gave birth to a son, Benji, in 2014.

It comes after Fearne broke her silence on split from husband Jesse in her first TV interview since the breakup.

Joining Lorraine Kelly on Monday’s episode of the ITV show, the TV presenter, 43, also gave an health update after having two tumours removed from jaw.

Fearne announced her split from Jesse, the son of Rolling Stones bass guitarist Ronnie Wood, in December after 10 years of marriage.

She has since made swipes at Jesse and moved on with TV director Elliot Hegarty, with the pair having been seen kissing during a recent night out.

Fearne has had a difficult few months after undergoing surgery to remove two benign tumours from her jawline, just days before her split with Jesse emerged.

She told host Lorraine: ‘It’s all very amicable and kids are doing great. I am in a very good place.’

Discussing her recent surgery, she added: ‘I feel very grateful to have completely recovered.

‘I feel really good. I have a lot of people reaching out who have had the same thing.’

Davina McCall, 56, announced in November she’d been diagnosed with a colloid cyst, a rare type of benign brain tumour, and has supported Fearne.

She continued: ‘Everyone needs a Davina. She’s been amazing, weird that we had the same health thing going on at the same time. She’s so calming and we speak every day. She is just the best

It comes after Fearne has seemingly made another thinly-veiled dig at her ex-husband as she gushed that she is the happiest she’s ever been in a positive update.

Speaking to Scott Mills on his BBC Radio 2 breakfast show, Fearne gushed that she is ‘really happy’ and is ‘springing out of bed in the morning ready for life’.

Scott, who has known Fearne for 25 years, said he has never seen her ‘more positive or happier’, prompting Fearne to agree and reply: ‘Yeah I feel great!’

She told how her health scare has changed her outlook and said she has been seeking comfort from Davina.

‘I’m really happy and I think when you’ve had a health thing like that it does just give you this baseline gratitude where you just feel, you know I have talked to Davina a hell of a lot as our operations were within a month of each other which so weird,’ she continued.

‘We’ve had so many brilliant chats about yeah just feeling very grateful for the basics and sort of springing out of bed in the morning ready for life so yeah I’m feeling good I’ve got lots of exciting stuff happening this year so I’m ready for it!’

Reflecting on her health scare, Fearne said she is ‘massively grateful’ because she didn’t think the lump was anything to worry about, before learning it was a tumour.

‘I went for an ultrasound and it ended up being a tumour, which was obviously a big surprise,’ she explained.

‘Now I feel absolutely great I’m really grateful and you know go and get those lumps and bumps checked out if you’ve got them it’s really really important.

‘I really thought this is going to be a non-event and it ended up being you know major surgery, but I’m healthy and feeling great and just massively grateful.’

Fearne had the benign tumour removed just days before her split from her husband Jesse – who she shares her son Rex and daughter Honey with – emerged.

‘It is with a heavy heart that I let you all know that Jesse and I are ending our marriage,’ the radio host said in an online post at the time, saying their priority would ‘always be’ their children.

Fearne is also stepmother to Jesse’s children Arthur, 21, and Lola, 18, from his first marriage to Tilly Wood.

Jesse, 48, has since moved on his former actress and model, Gemma Gregory, 39, who now works in the wellness business and hosts the Happy Place podcast.

Meanwhile, Fearne is said to have been secretly dating TV director Elliot Hegarty since January.

Their romance emerged when they were seen passionately kissing on a night out in Soho before they walked hand-in-hand while accompanied by friends.

The single mother, 51, was said to be ‘totally shocked and devastated because she only knew that Elliot and Fearne were friends’ and a friend told the Mail: ‘It was an awful way for her to find out and it has been quite ghastly for her.’

Fearne recently spoke about wanting to have a ‘burst of fun’ and ‘go and get p***ed’ following the end of her marriage.

Speaking to Women’s Health UK, Fearne made a swipe at her ex-husband as she told how she has ‘missed out on having fun’.

She shared: ‘I’ve dedicated the past 12 years to being a mum and building Happy Place [the award-winning podcast and wellness festival Fearne launched in 2018] I still want to do all of that, but I’ve been missing out on just having fun.

‘Now I’m in my forties, I want more fun; to see mates, have lunches at my house and cook for everyone, go on little nights out and dinners and not care so much about getting back late.’

The couple had reportedly faced challenges for several years, with Fearne previously admitting that their marriage had been ‘suffering’ as far back as 2019.

Speaking at the time, Fearne said Jesse’s demanding schedule with his band Reef had put a strain on their relationship which left them desperately ‘clinging onto their marriage’ in an unearthed interview.

Fearne and Jesse tied the knot in July 2014 three years after they started dating. They met while partying in Ibiza the year after his split from his first wife Tilly.

Will Poulter reveals the ‘cruelty’ of OCD and details the intrusive thoughts he was having for ‘as long as he can remember’

Will Poulter has spoken out on his battle with OCD and detailed the intrusive thoughts he has had for ‘as long as he can remember’.

The Bear star, 32, lifted the lid on his mental health struggles in a candid conversation with Fearne Cotton’s Happy Place podcast.

Asked about his battle against OCD, the actor said he was diagnosed with it in his early teens but had suffered from intrusive thoughts long before then.

‘From as early as I can remember [something was not great mentally],’ he explained.

‘OCD is something I was diagnosed with in my early teens, and when I reflect on it, I think I had intrusive thoughts, which is one of the subsets of OCD if you like, and undiagnosed OCD when I was aware of my imaginary best friend, for example.

‘It just had a different and typically imaginative spin on it for a child. I can remember having this voice in my head telling me if I didn’t walk on certain paving stones on the way up to my mum and dad’s house, something terrible was going to happen to them.

‘It’s so interesting. When I was younger that was just this voice in my head, this figure that I labelled as this negative character in my life, and only post my diagnosis – and actually well after knowing that I had OCD – did I look back on that and go, “oh that’s what that was”.’

Will also described feeling ‘alone’ in his fight against the disorder and it was only when he received therapy that this subsided slightly.

He added: ‘I was really lucky. I got access to therapy in my early teens. I was probably 14 when I first started experiencing obsessive compulsive thoughts and the ruminations and intrusive thoughts.

‘Until it was diagnosed and until I received that therapy, I just thought I was totally alone with this condition, or not even condition at that time, this way of thinking, with this defunct brain. I was so scared.

‘And that I think is the scariest thing about any mental health issues and you can never underestimate how alone someone can feel in their state.

‘Even when you’re telling someone, “I have anxiety too, I have intrusive thoughts, I have OCD”, I know because I’ve been there myself that 90 per cent of the time that the other person is thinking, “you do but not like me though”.’

The We Are The Millers star also shed light on the ‘cruelty’ of OCD and recalled one conversation involving Jordan Stephens and Harley Sylvester of the Rizzle Kicks which changed his perspective on it.

‘The distinction between fact and feeling is massive and one of the cruellest aspects of OCD is that it totally distorts that,’ he said.

Will also described feeling ‘alone’ in his fight against the disorder and it was only when he received therapy that this subsided slightly

‘And I think through repetition and constant rumination it blurs that distinction between fact and feeling so much where you start to confuse your feelings for fact and vice versa.

‘Jordan and Harley of Rizzle Kicks, I heard them talking about their mental health and something really interesting that Jordan said about Harley but the two of them spoke about it in tandem: the fascinating thing about OCD, and potentially one of its cruellest things, is that often those intrusive thoughts and the worst thing you can imagine, is the worst thing you can imagine.

‘And your OCD has created it precisely because it’s the antithesis of how you actually feel and it takes what you value most or the version of yourself that you most want to be, your idealistic self, and it creates a subverted version of that whereby it convinces you the opposite is going to happen or you’re going to become the opposite of who you want to be, or you’re going to behave in a way that’s the most abhorrent way of behaving, or the most terrible thing you can think of happening is going to happen.

‘OCD is so cruel that it’ll do that to you.’

    What is obsessive compulsive disorder?

Obsessive compulsive disorder, usually known as OCD, is a common mental health condition which makes people obsess over thoughts and develop behaviour they struggle to control.

It can affect anyone at any age but normally develops during young adulthood.

It can cause people to have repetitive unwanted or unpleasant thoughts.

People may also develop compulsive behaviour – a physical action or something mental – which they do over and over to try to relieve the obsessive thoughts.

The condition can be controlled and treatment usually involves psychological therapy or medication.

It is not known why OCD occurs but risk factors include a family history of the condition, certain differences in brain chemicals, or big life events like childbirth or bereavement.

People who are naturally tidy, methodical or anxious are also more likely to develop it.

The media personality, 50, parted ways from her husband of 20 years following her stint on Strictly Come Dancing in 2016, and the relationship breakdown was subject to much public scrutiny.

Opening up on Fearne Cotton’s Happy Place podcast, Louise said that the only thing that stopped her from reaching a lower point was her children.

She said: ‘If I didn’t have my kids, I just, I think I would have just given up. I really do.

‘I think I just knew that my kids were my everything and they needed me.’

Fearne Cotton takes swipe at ex Jesse Wood and says she ‘missed out on having fun’ while being married – after finding romance with TV director

Just 11-years after announcing she’d split her husband of ten years she was seen kissing a new man in the streets of London.

And now Fearne Cotton has made a fresh swipe to her ex-partner Jesse Wood as she complained she had been ‘missing out on having fun’ while married to the son of the Rolling Stones’ bass guitarist, Ronnie.

Speaking to Women’s Health UK, the 43-year-old said: ‘I’ve dedicated the past 12 years to being a mum and building Happy Place [the award-winning podcast and wellness festival Fearne launched in 2018] I still want to do all of that, but I’ve been missing out on just having fun.

‘Now I’m in my forties, I want more fun; to see mates, have lunches at my house and cook for everyone, go on little nights out and dinners and not care so much about getting back late.’

The mother-of-two was spotted earlier this month passionately kissing the TV director, Elliot Hegarty, 53, in Soho before walking hand-in-hand while on a night out with friends.

They are said to have been secretly dating since January.

The pictures caused much devastation for both party’s former partners as Mr Hegarty had split from his wife and mother of their three children, Laura, on Boxing Day.

The 51-year-old single mother was said to be ‘totally shocked and devastated because she only knew that Elliot and Fearne were friends’ and a friend told the Mail: ‘It was an awful way for her to find out and it has been quite ghastly for her.’

Meanwhile, after more than a decade married to Wood, 48, with whom she shares her son, Rex, and daughter, Honey, Ms Cotton announced their split before Christmas time.

‘It is with a heavy heart that I let you all know that Jesse and I are ending our marriage,’ the TV and radio host said in an online post, adding that their priority would ‘always be’ their children.

The son of the Rolling Stones legend knew about his ex-wife’s new relationship and has now found love of his own with a former actress and model, Gemma Gregory, 39.

Ms Gregory found fame at the age of 13 when she appeared in a BBC television adaptation Great Expectations as the young Estelle.

Just like former screen star Ms Cotton, Ms Gregory later moved on from television into the wellness business. While Ms Cotton interviews famous figures on her Happy Place podcast and writes books about well-being and mental health, Ms Gregory has brought out her own ‘sustainable’ fashion brand, Recovered by GG.

And just days after the shock announcement, she was seen enjoying a night out with fellow podcasters Elizabeth Day and Jamie Laing.

She also kicked off the New Year with cocktails rather than her famous book club, as she donned a glitzy dress and toasted to 2025.

Fearne was photographed locking lips with TV director during a fun night out, after  Elliot split from his wife Laura, 51, on Boxing Day. They previously lived together in a stylish home in north London with their three children.

And her Soho night out comes amid a string of partying for the star, who was once renowned for her wild child ways.

It’s a far cry from her wellness era image of recent years, which saw her launch her Happy Place podcast in 2018, a hugely popular book club and become well versed in the world of yoga, regularly showing off her impressive poses.

But post-split she appears to be set on rejoining the party scene, after sharing a photo from New Year’s Eve where she looked incredibly glamorous in a dazzling sequin dress and posed with a cocktail in hand.

Fearne opened up about her post-split mindset on an episode of her Happy Place podcast with comedian Joanne McNally in December – as she revealed her desire to make a night life return.

After Joanne revealed she went from relying on her friends to have a good time to suddenly feeling ‘hyper independent’, Fearne shared her own take.

She confessed: ‘I’m having a little weird um burst of fun. I don’t know why, it’s come out of nowhere. It’s like, oh I just want to go and get a bit p***ed and have some fun.

‘I’m coming out of it a bit I think it’s all phases but I I totally understand that sort of hyper independence.

‘I think I’ve had that for so long maybe because I started work young.’

Fearne continued: ‘Sometimes I don’t trust that people are going to do what I need or support me in the right way.

‘So I’m like “no I’m doing everything on my own” which is not great but I but I know I can rely on myself.

‘So I sort of stick to that and I know that that’s not great but it’s just a coping mechanism I guess.’

EDEN CONFIDENTIAL: After Fearne’s kiss, her ex finds his own Happy Place with TV actress

When Fearne Cotton was photographed kissing a television director ten years her senior last month, there was some surprise at how quickly she had moved on after announcing her separation from her husband, Jesse Wood, son of Rolling Stones guitarist Ronnie.

What’s good for the goose is, however, good for the gander.

The Daily Mail can disclose that Wood, 48, is enjoying a passionate romance with a former actress and model who found fame at the age of 13 when she appeared in a BBC television adaptation of a Charles Dickens novel.

The musician’s new girlfriend is Gemma Gregory, 39, who played the young Estella in the 1999 version of Great Expectations alongside screen legend Charlotte Rampling as Miss Havisham and Ioan Gruffudd as adult Pip.

Just like former screen star Ms Cotton, 43, Ms Gregory later moved on from television into the wellness business. While Ms Cotton interviews famous figures on her Happy Place podcast and writes books about well-being and mental health, Ms Gregory has brought out her own ‘sustainable’ fashion brand, Recovered by GG.

A mutual friend of Wood and Ms Gregory told the Daily Mail yesterday: ‘They seem very happy and in love. They have been together some time and people around them know about their relationship.’

The friend added: ‘Gemma is a lovely woman who has been through some difficult times over the years. She deserves some happiness.’

Ms Cotton announced before Christmas that she and Wood had separated after ten years of marriage.

‘It is with a heavy heart that I let you all know that Jesse and I are ending our marriage,’ the TV and radio host said in an online post, adding that their priority would ‘always be’ their children.

The pair have a son, Rex, and a daughter, Honey. Wood also has two children from a previous relationship.

A week earlier, she had shared a health update after undergoing an operation to remove two benign tumours from her jaw. Ms Cotton started out in television in the 1990s presenting children’s shows. And Ms Gregory, after her role in Great

Expectations, went on to star in ITV children’s drama Gypsy Girl as well as hit series including The Bill and My Family.

The London-born daughter of actor Paul Gregory, Ms Gregory was romantically linked to Nicholas Knatchbull, son and heir of Earl Mountbatten. Her past boyfriends include Henry Brett, a captain of the England polo team.

A friend of Made In Chelsea star Hugo Taylor since they were 13, Ms Gregory appeared in the London-based reality TV series in 2012. She gave birth to a son, Benji, in 2014.

Ms Cotton was pictured kissing TV director Elliot Hegarty, 53, some 11 weeks after her split from Wood was announced. They were said to have been secretly going out with each other since January.

Hegarty, who has worked on TV shows including Ted Lasso, Rivals, Trying, and Bad Education, reportedly separated on Boxing Day from his wife Laura, mother of his three children.

Last night, Wood declined to comment, while Ms Gregory could not be reached for comment.

Fearne Cotton’s ‘shell-shock’ over controversial photo: Friends reveal to KATIE HIND the real reason it’s ‘raised eyebrows’ and the furious reaction of couple’s scorned exes

Anyone who follows Fearne Cotton on social media knows how the TV presenter turned social media star places strong mental health at the heart of everything she does.

Through her award-winning podcast, Happy Place, she offers devotees advice and tips on how to stay mentally fit in the modern world. And over on Instagram, the mother-of-two regularly posts in support of mental health charity Mind, telling her four million followers it’s ‘time to talk.’

Indeed, so successful is she in the wellness field that it’s now her main source of income. Which makes the contrast with the developments in her personal life all the more jarring.

Eleven weeks after splitting from her musician husband Jesse Wood, son of Rolling Stone Ronnie, 43-year-old Fearne was spotted publicly kissing TV director Elliot Hegarty – who is ten years her senior.

I’m told Jesse had known about Fearne’s relationship with Elliot, who worked on the raunchy Disney+ hit Rivals, for some time before they were captured kissing on a busy London street. Nevertheless, those close to him found the speed at which she’s appeared to have moved on with her life galling. ‘You can imagine how that all went down in the Wood world,’ said a source close to the family.

‘Of course, Fearne having a new man was something that was being discussed in recent weeks. But the truth is they have found her quite irritating for some time. Fearne used to be adored by the Woods. They had hoped that things could be more amicable when Fearne and Jesse split.’

Insiders say the pictures have left Fearne ‘shell shocked’ as she hadn’t expected her new romance to be made public so soon.

It’s likely she would have wanted to share the happy news on her social media herself when she felt the time was right.

Perhaps, as a friend of the Woods tells me, ‘she hoped she could get away with it for a bit longer so it all looked a little more tasteful.’

In the world of social media, brands, public perception and timing is everything – and this after all could be potentially damaging to her brand.

One woman who won’t be tuning in to Fearne’s weekly podcast is Laura Hegarty, the wife of Fearne’s new man. Laura, a 51-year-old mother-of-three who lives in north London, is said to have been dumped by her husband on Boxing Day. I’m told she had no idea that her estranged husband had moved on with Fearne until she saw the pictures.

According to a friend, the photos ‘added to her heartbreak’ and the romance coming out like that ‘did not help matters. Imagine how awkward that will all be now’. A TV producer who knows Elliot admits details of the new relationship have shocked many in the business. ‘It has been the talk of the industry all week, it’s pretty astonishing, Fearne’s ex is quite cool.’

My source added of Elliot: ‘He’s a dapper guy but we didn’t see that one coming.’

Last December Fearne stunned her fans when she revealed her separation from Jesse. It came as a shock, even to those who consider themselves to know the couple well, as Fearne was wearing her wedding ring in a post just two days earlier.

Fearne hasn’t, however, been quite so forthcoming about her new boyfriend – something which has raised eyebrows among those expecting candour even when her world is not quite as perfect as once portrayed.

To the outside world, Fearne and Jesse were an idyllic blended family. They were living in a beautiful six-bedroom property in south-west London with their two children, 11 and nine, and had regular visits from Jesse’s two adult children from his first marriage.

‘They were a lovely couple who clearly worked well for a time,’ said a friend of the former children’s TV presenter. ‘But Fearne has changed a lot since they got together, she was a kind of rock chick when they first met and now she has turned into a bit of a hippy dippy therapy type.’

The pair met in 2011 while Fearne was on a girls’ trip in Ibiza and are said to have hit it off immediately, with Fearne ‘besotted’ with Jesse, 48, who was bona fide rock royalty.

Their marriage was a decade ago at Richmond Register Office in front of guests including Keith Lemon, Dermot O’Leary and Fearne’s one-time best friend Holly Willoughby, with whom she started in children’s television in the early noughties.

A friend tells me: ‘Fearne was so happy when she met Jesse, she literally wouldn’t stop smiling. He was handsome and kind, she had been really bruised by what had happened to her in the past.’

A source close to the Woods said that Fearne 'used to be adored' by the family, but 'they have found her quite irritating for some time'. Fearne, Jesse and Ronnie Wood are pictured in 2011

Indeed, at age 30 she finally believed she had met The One after a turbulent love life. Back in 2003, just as she was becoming a household name on children’s programme, The Saturday Show, she dated Peter Brame – winner of that year’s BBC talent series Fame Academy. Employed as a squeaky-clean BBC host, Fearne was horrified when she was forced to address Brame’s admission he had smoked crack and taken cocaine on a night out with a group of glamour models.

Two years later, she embarked on a relationship with Lost Prophets frontman Ian Watkins. After they split, he was jailed for a string of child sex offences – including the attempted sexual abuse of a baby.

She had no knowledge of his behaviour. He was sentenced to 29 years in prison with a further six years on licence.

Despite these partnerships, Fearne continued her TV career, hosting shows such as Top of the Pops and Celebrity Juice. In 2017 she wrote her first book, Happy, and launched Happy Place – a wellness podcast and brand which has amassed over 100million downloads.

It has been lucrative for her and last summer she held a festival named after her podcast at London’s Chiswick House, for which she charged £42 a ticket and hired Denise van Outen and Jason Donovan to talk at the sold-out event.

Fearne also has an app which promises to ‘aid the journey in finding balance, restoration and happiness’, her own book imprint, which has published seven of her own books and 17 of her friends’, a vinyl record of her favourite tracks, and a clothing line including a £50 sweatshirt and £28 bucket hat.

I’m told her work has left some of her friends ‘irritated’. ‘Her self-righteousness is all rather boring,’ said one who knows her.

But were there signs that all was not well? During an interview last month, listeners may have picked up hints that Fearne was not happy with her lot in life.

‘I would be so full of resentment that I’d gone along with someone else’s desires and left myself at the bottom of the pile,’ she said.

‘There you go! No more leaving ourselves at the bottom of the pile. One thing I will say the older I get, and I’m hurtling towards, I’m in my mid-40s, and it’s getting easier… It doesn’t mitigate the discomfort and the pain it can cause but I definitely feel a lot more able to do it.’

As Jesse Wood now knows only too well.

Fearne Cotton shocked fans by announcing her split from husband Jesse Wood at the end of last year.

She was then seen passionately kissing Rivals director Elliot Hegarty on a night out in party district Soho last week.

But could this be a sign that the broadcaster, 43, is dipping her toe back into the world of partying after cultivating her yoga-wellness-bookworm image?

Fearne reportedly feared for her marriage for some time before announcing the couple’s split.

It has emerged that the couple had faced challenges for several years, with Fearne previously admitting that their marriage had been ‘suffering’ as far back as 2019.

Speaking at the time, Fearne said Jesse’s demanding schedule with his band Reef had put a strain on their relationship which left them desperately ‘clinging onto their marriage’ in an unearthed interview.

Speaking at the time, Fearne said Jesse’s demanding schedule with his band Reef had put a strain on their relationship which left them desperately ‘clinging onto their marriage’ in an unearthed interview.

The couple’s problems eventually came to a head with a two-hour ‘screaming match’ where they worried their ‘love had gone’.

The presenter candidly told readers in her column for Red Magazine: ‘Love takes hard work – and no one wants to hear that’.

She continued: ‘This year, Jesse and I hit a rough patch – he was away, touring relentlessly, [with his band, Reef].

‘I was trying to keep my own career going while looking after our kids and we were both desperately clinging on to our marriage.’

After the lengthy row, which took place in a local park, the pair broke down crying but the former Top Of The Pops host credited her husband’s emotional side for them being so honest with each other.

She added: ‘In the midst of this gargantuan row, I think we both wondered where the love had gone and worried that it might not come back.’

The news came just three days after Jesse’s band Reef announced they would be going on tour again in 2025 for their 30th anniversary.

They will be touring the country beginning in Nottingham on October 16 and ending on November 8 in London.

Fearne previously confessed the pandemic killed her and her husband’s sex life in an unearthed podcast.

Back in 2021 Fearne admitted the pair were struggling to find time for each other as she confessed ‘sexy time’ was no longer a happening.

Speaking with Alan Carr on his podcast Life’s A Beach, she said: ‘Sexy time hasn’t happened for so long in terms of me going anywhere.

‘I think for me and my husband, booking into the local Travelodge would make us feel sexy at the moment.’

Asked where they would go for a romantic trip abroad, she confessed the couple were struggling for time alone just the two of them.

‘We have had no time alone because of the ridiculous pandemic but before all this craziness, Paris was our go-to. Not every weekend, maybe once a year. But it felt well special because it’s so chic and beautiful. It just has an air of something gorgeous, doesn’t it? I love it there.’

The TV chef, 48, has been rocked by multiple allegations of sexually inappropriate and intimidating behaviour over a 12-year period – claims which he denies.

In the segment from 2010, Ferne’s face had been recreated on a pizza, with host Keith Lemon – played by comedian Leigh Francis –  joking: ‘Look at the likeness!’.

Gino, who was sat next to his captain Holly said: ‘I have a theory and I’m sorry, you know how much I like you, right, but I think when you have big nostrils, actually you can suck like f***’.

Fearne, 43, was left stunned as her mouth fell open while Holly, also 43, raised her hands to her face while the audience chanted the chef’s name.

Gino continued: ‘It’s because you can breathe easier’, to which Fearne replied: ‘Alright, you don’t need to elaborate!’.

He went on: ‘It’s just a theory I have. It’s the old Italian wisdom. It was a compliment’.

It comes after another clip from This Morning in November 2021, Gino joked about Holly Willoughby’s genitals, which outraged viewers at the time.

Holly was left red-faced as Gino made a crude reference to her intimate areas while he used her body to illustrate a map of Italy.

Gino first joked that her bellybutton was Rome before Phillip Schofield jumped in and remarked: ‘I’m very concerned if he’s going to talk about Sicily here.’

But Gino continued: ‘No, Sicily is all the way down here. But if your bellybutton is Rome, I was born in Naples, which is on your side.

‘But I went to school where Vesuvius is. It’s more inland so I can technically say I spent my youth training and playing around… your vagina.’

Holly was left shocked by the crude remark and shrieked: ‘Oh my God!’

But Gino insisted: ‘There’s nothing wrong with it, it’s just a word that everybody knows.’

At the time, the comments garnered an outraged response from viewers, who branded the segment ‘crude’, while others chastised him for ‘humiliating’ Holly.

    The comments included: ‘Gino starts his innuendo by saying vagina at 11am and starts them all off over again. Getting a bit boring now’;

    ‘My late mum loved This Morning but now it’s all dirty talk every chance they get…’;

‘Why is Gino so disgusting he’s not funny! Get him off TV’; ‘Gino is a total pig! It isn’t what he said it’s the fact it was deemed ok to say it to Holly live on the TV.’

The shocking joke has resurfaced as the chef is at the centre of claims from dozens of people who describe his alleged conduct over the past 12 years as ‘distressing’ and ‘unacceptable’.

According to ITV News, at least one production company was aware of repeated complaints from staff members about Gino’s behaviour – yet continued to work with him on further TV projects.

On Friday, ITV pulled all of Gino’s shows from its upcoming schedules, MailOnline revealed.

One woman, given the pseudonym Hannah, described a disturbing moment during a magazine shoot in 2011.

She claims that, in front of an entire crew, Gino made an explicit sexual comment, telling her he would ‘like to turn me over and f*** me up the a*** against the kitchen counter,’ leaving her humiliated.

‘I remember a ripple of laughter,’ she recalled, while others ‘looked nervously into their cups of tea’.

Hannah said the incident left her feeling ‘horror’ and ‘shock’ but admitted she was not surprised no one intervened.

Gino has firmly denied all allegations, calling them ‘deeply upsetting’.

His legal team said: ‘This allegation from almost 15 years ago has never, until now via a media request, been raised or put to Mr D’Acampo. He does not recall it, nor accept that it happened.’

Another woman, given the pseudonym Natalie, recounted an unsettling experience while briefing Gino for a location shoot.

‘He opened the door in his boxer shorts, nothing else,’ she claimed.

‘Then he jumped on the bed, put his leg up and made a crude reference to his private parts, joking about their size.’

Natalie described feeling ‘disgusted’ and accused the TV chef of using his position to behave inappropriately.

Gino’s legal team strongly refuted this version of events, stating: ‘To his knowledge, no such allegations have been made against him in relation to ‘Gino’s Italian Express’.

‘This is the first time – six years later – that he has been informed of these alleged incidents, which he categorically denies.’

In yet another claim, a former colleague alleged that in 2019, Gino aggressively confronted a young crew member over an ice cream.

‘I was present when Gino said to the runner, ‘If you don’t get me a Cornetto, I will f*** your girlfriend,’ the woman told ITV News.

Another crew member who witnessed the incident said the remark had ‘stuck in my head for years’.

‘He was using his power to bully and intimidate us,’ she said. ‘For what? A cookery programme.’

Gino’s representatives responded, saying he was ‘mortified’ by the accusation and ‘does not recall this incident at all’.

A separate claim relates to the filming of Gordon, Gino and Fred’s Road Trip in 2018.

A woman, referred to as Lena, recalled: ‘Without saying hello or good morning, he just loudly announced he felt like f****** that morning.’

Another crew member claimed Gino made a crude comment about a female colleague’s chest, allegedly saying:

‘Shouldn’t we be talking about her t**? They’re perfect, like a mouthful.’

It has since emerged that Objective Media Group, the production company behind Gordon, Gino and Fred, was aware of complaints about Gino as early as 2018.

One woman who worked on Gino’s Italian Express told ITV News: ‘His ‘cheeky chappy’ persona allows him to hide in plain sight. If I see him on TV, I have to leave the room.’

Gino, who has built a multi-million-pound career on his larger-than-life personality, has denied all allegations against him.

His legal team said: ‘No-one has ever made these complaints directly to Mr D’Acampo. He does not recall making these comments, nor does he accept that they were made.’

She shocked fans in December when she shared the news that she had parted ways with her husband of 10 years.

The podcast episode, released today, compiled several Happy Place conversations, aiming to highlight the positive impact of therapy on mental health.

‘Losing a member, we needed something. We had to have therapy,’ the singer admitted.

The 33-year-old also admitted she felt ‘less than’ and ‘invisible’ during her time in the chart-topping girl group, and that having a black therapist was vital to her healing process.

‘I am having therapy and I think for me it was really important to have a black woman because sometimes you want to just be able to talk and not feel like you have to explain.

‘It’s exhausting enough talking about race, it’s so tiring,’ the singer said.

In another conversation snippet, Leigh-Anne’s former bandmate, Perrie Edwards, revealed to Fearne that she brings her therapist to work.

‘It got so bad I had to ask my mum if she was going to put me in a mental institute,’ the singer confessed.

The 31-year-old opened up about the terrifying depths of her anxiety as she admitted: ‘My anxiety started when we as a band were in Las Vegas a few years ago when something happened. I’d been having panic attacks for a while.

‘I thought I was dying, my heart hurt and I went to hospital and they were like ‘what drugs have you taken’ and I said ‘nothing!’

The news of her divorce came just days after she disclosed a health scare, revealing she had discovered two tumours on her jawline.

In the statement revealing the split, Fearne told fans that their priority was their children.

‘It’s with a heavy heart that I let you all know that Jesse and I are ending our marriage,’ Fearne told her 3.9 million followers on Instagram.

‘Our priority has been, and will always be, our children.’

Fearne reportedly feared for her marriage for some time before announcing the couple’s split.

It has emerged that the couple had faced challenges for several years, with Fearne previously admitting that their marriage had been ‘suffering’ as far back as 2019.

It has emerged that the couple had faced challenges for several years, with Fearne previously admitting that their marriage had been ‘suffering’ as far back as 2019

Speaking at the time, Fearne said Jesse’s demanding schedule with his band Reef had put a strain on their relationship which left them desperately ‘clinging onto their marriage’ in an unearthed interview.

Just this week the star confessed to an incident where she ‘completely wet [herself]’ mid-exercise.

The presenter admitted that while she has always loved running, her body has naturally changed over the years as she grows older.

‘I’ve always loved running but it’s definitely changed flavour over the years,’ she wrote in the caption.

‘I may not be as fast or able to control my pelvic floor but it still makes me feel great.’

Reflecting on her younger years, Fearne said that she could once run ‘effortlessly’ for 5km in just 30 minutes.

Her post was quickly flooded with comments from fans who praised the star for being open and honest.

They said: ‘Welcome to my World – minus the wetting myself bit but sure that’s round the corner,’

‘You gotta fight for your right (knee),’ ‘Love this! Go Fearne,’ ‘Onwards we run, slower … to the same tunes,’ ‘Glad you still felt great from it, it’s funny how running can give you so many challenges but it is something I always go back to and love!’

Fearne Cotton opened up about the reality of exercising at 43-year-old after heading out on a jog on Thursday morning.

The presenter admitted that while she has always loved running, her body has naturally changed over the years as she grows older.

Taking to Instagram, the star didn’t hold back on the details, and even confessed to  an incident where she ‘completely wet [herself]’ mid-exercise.

While she is aware that ‘everyone overtakes’ her now, she takes more time to have breaks to ‘snap photos of the view’ while listening Beastie Boys tunes.

She continued: ‘The park looked gorgeous this morning and I’m ready for a day of @happyplaceofficial festival planning. Lets go…’

The post came shortly after Fearne underwent an operation to remove two benign tumours from her jawline at the same time as her marriage breakdown from Jesse Wood last year.

Earlier this month, Fearne appeared to be heading her head up as she shared a series of stunning snaps sipping on cocktails during a fun girls’ night out following her split from musician Jesse, 48.

And as she headed back to work, the former BBC Radio DJ appeared in positive spirits as she looked back on her fun few days off for Christmas.

She captioned her post: ‘First day back at work since my operation. Raring to go. Got s*** loads to do. Let’s go.’

In one photo she shared from New Year’s Eve, Fearne looked incredibly glamorous in a dazzling sequin dress and posed with a cocktail in hand.

She also spent time at the beach with her close friends and family after a tough few months.

Fearne had the operation in December 2024, just days before announcing her shock split from husband Jesse after 10 years of marriage.

She admitted she is ‘so grateful to be healing’ as she showed off the scar running down her ear.

She captioned the post: ‘The human body is incredible. In less than three weeks you can barely notice where I had the tumour removed. I feel almost normal. My ear is still quite numb and my face a little tender but other than that I’m feeling good.

‘Only swipe if you want to see the gradual stages of healing. It’s not massively gruesome but it certainly looks worse than photo number 1. I found the whole process fascinating and feel very grateful that the operation went well and that the tumour was benign.

‘My surgeon Professor Oflynn made me feel extremely calm and all the nurses were complete angels. Nurse Jackie was especially amazing whilst I was in hospital telling me to get off my phone and nap etc. I needed a firm telling off at times.

‘Feeling grateful that I’m healing well and will always wear this scar with pride. A reminder to slow down and look after myself’.

Ahead of surgery Fearne gave no indication of her marital woes as she told followers: ‘Hey gang I’m going to be out of action for a bit due to a surgery. I felt a lump under my ear on my jawline a while ago now but this year noticed it was growing.

‘Turns out it’s a benign tumour and another small one above it on the saliva gland. I’m feeling positive about it all and will take the opportunity to rest and slow right down.

‘If you feel a lump or bump or feel like something is a bit off, always go get it checked. I’m so glad I did as the longer you leave these things the more complicated things become.

‘It’s obviously so weird that only a couple of months ago Davina told me about her tumour and then weeks later I was calling her having discovered mine. I’m not only lucky she’s a bloody good mate but also a beacon of light and positivity when it comes to this stuff.

‘Sending you all loads of love and I’ll see you soon.’

She later issued an update: ‘Operation went really well. Recovering and resting. Thanks so much for all the kind messages.’

Breaking her silence on the split on Caroline Hirons’ podcast last year, Fearne spoke of the ‘toxic pressure that a woman can have it all’.

After a stressful few weeks of health woes and going through a divorce, while running a business at the same time, Fearne admitted: ‘The pressure is immense’.

She said: ‘There is a lot of pressure for women to prove ourselves, that we can run businesses, I’m trying to do the same with Happy Place. But if we are honest, the pressure is immense.

‘I can imagine you [Caroline] are like me, there are lots of things I’d like to do, lots of goals.

Fearne Cotton showed off her quirky sense of style as she enjoyed a solo outing in London on Friday.

The presenter, 43, who split from her husband Jesse Wood in December after 10 years of marriage, braved the chilly weather as she headed out for the day.

Fearne wrapped up in an eye-catching red checked coat with a contrasting printed scarf as she jumped on a motorbike.

The former BBC Radio 1 star teamed her look with a fun printed handbag and green ankle boots.

Fearne recently shared that she is a ‘new era’ after she and Jesse revealed that they were separating.

The couple married in 2014 and have son Rex, 11, and daughter Honey, eight, while Fearne is also stepmother to his children Arthur, 21, and Lola, 18, from his first marriage.

Speaking during a chat with wellness brand Ancient + Brave, Fearne said: ‘With my kids a bit older, I feel I’m in a new era. It’s simple things like walking – if I’m back-to-back recording or I’m on a writing deadline, if I can get an hour’s walk at some point in the day where I just listen to really beautiful music, it makes me feel really happy.’

‘That is usually enough to just reset me somewhat. What I’m trying to do now is go ‘no’, I need to schedule in a bit of fun and let loose a little bit.

‘That for me is balance because the balance had tipped the other way for me where everything was a schedule.

‘Having joyful moments of fun with people that I love is something that I’m really getting back and it feels so good.’
